Hi,

My issue has not been resolved yet, they had mailed me by the email id of [protected]@humsafarmatrimony.com. But they did not resolve my problem. Jabalpur branch amolika contact no: +91-[protected] is still not responding.

I am fed up with this site, now i want my money back rs. 2500 from them. Please help me out for the same.

Humsafar matrimony called us for my brother's marriage and said submitted ₹ 4000 for the service . I deposited ₹ 4000 in his account and after that they stopped responding ..they didn't pick my call .I want to punish them for this fraud .

We created account on humsafar matrimony 19-Jun-2014. The very next day we started getting calls for taking the membership with the promises that they will help us in finding suitable match. We did online registration on 20-Jun-2014 and paid Rs.3640. Since then we have been following up with them and have not got any response. Lady named Shweta had called us for registration. After taking our payment id she does not even respond. She has been giving false commitments of sending emails but till today we have not received any email. We want our money back with proper renumeration.

Hello Everyone, I would like to use this forum to bring to your notice a fraudster company. They go by a couple of names like humsafarmatrimony.com, jeevanjodimatrimony.com and maybe other names which I am not aware of! I came to know about them through a friend of mine when I was looking to get a paid membership at a matrimony portal. I happened to call the point of contact for this website and was put across a courteous executive Mahendra (I realised only after the ordeal that courteous is the most inappropriate word I could have used for him). This gentleman then saw me as a prospective customer and send across about 20 profiles which apparently were a match for me - bait! I was quite impressed by their prompt service and so I decided to make the payment. Mr. Mahendra kept calling me almost non stop every other day to give the money and I must say he sounded quite honest. I ended up paying INR 2000 as the first part payment though cheque and this is when the entire story started. The moment cheque got cleared, these guys disappeared from the face of earth. I kept calling him and there was no response. My father called him equal number of times but same result. I had to try calling him from different numbers and he happened to pick one call. He came out then with the most standard excuse that I was not well so I could not pick your call. All said and done, he informed me that he has created my profile on the portal and gave me the username and password. I logged in only to see that all the information on my profile was total rubbish even my name was not correct. This made me lose my mind and I decided to go against him (them). My father called Mr. Mahendra as advised by My. Joy Khareand asked him to refund my money to which he ultimately agreed. He asked for my father’s bank account details to refund the money by 26th May 2014. We again got assured and my father gave his account details on 12th May 2014 but in the last week on May 2014 Mr. Mahendra called my father and refused to refund the money challenging him to do whatever we can and this is how their organization works apparently he told. I had to eventually file a case in the court of law, which I have last week and I am sure they cannot run away from me. This post is to just let everyone out there know that these guys are fraudsters and beware of them! The moment you come across their portal name, please dismiss it and spread the word. Thanks

They send all fake photos and details which they called off line members . These girls who called you are well trained and they know how to convince clients. HI am getting so many calls from HUMSAFARMATRIMONY and these guys are big fraud , they used abusive word when they call.These guys threat us also.

The name of the guy is aman srivastava and his mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

He used to call us so many times ,dont know from where he got us our number he used to call my sister ,brother, my parents so many time infact he call us more than 10 times a day. They told me they have very good profile of bride and anyhow they ask for our profile and now when he is having all our details he started disturbing us daily.They used to calls us daily .

He cheated not only me he is disturbing not only me but i found so many guys on net same complain. I request forum to take some quick action against him soon.


Please please take some action to save other and save us from this fraud organisation.

No service provided after taking Paid Membership.

Executive [Preetam] said, the groom's family details will be provided after taking Paid Membership.

I have done the payment on 18 Nov 2012.

Since sunday, I have been calling the exevutive 4-5 times in a day but his colleagues picks up the call & says he is out of office or he is in meeting.

No details provided after so many requests.

I want my money back now.

Please help me out.

I created profile in Jeevansathi and dont know from where these guys got My sister details and called me and told
" sir we have all the details and many guys are interested in your sister profile can i send those guys your sister details"
I insisted how you got details they confirmed from Jeevansathi. I told okay you can forward my sister profile to those guys.
They sent a mail that they have created a profile for my sister and sent me login details. I did not bother about them, i thought let it be.
They called me when i was in India on my number and told me to become paid member, for which i refused.
Now I'm in abroad now these Humsafar matrimony guys calling my parents and asking them to pay for paid profile.
When my parents rejected and said they don't want to be paid member, Humsafar guys started shouting on my Parents - " Why you created profile when you dont want to pay."
Ridiculous!!!
Anyway i have put the request to delete the profile but
Now can you pls. confirm from where you got my all details and created profile on my behalf.
Secondly i want action to be taken against such customer care representatives.

Pls. confirm me ASAP.

hi i m arvind prasad i am Registerd From humsafarmatrimony.com from Fee 2500/- Humsafar Matrimonial is a very fraud web site. These people used to call me every day to register. But after making payment, no boby called me and noboby provided any profile. From my exeperience I would request to take a strict action against these cheaters. online services so bad ...

I had paid Rs.2500(in Supela(Bhilai) branch of SBI bank) & they told me that I would get 30 online contacts as well as 60 offline matched profiles.But they had proposed me only 4-5 profiles ,out of then 2 were married.
