[Resolved] hurrah.in — Fraud Fraud Fraud

I had placed an order on Hurrah.in for a mobile on 25th Sep 2012 and paid in full. After several phone calls I have been told that they have not dispatched the product even on 4rd Oct 2012. Anyone can help me with this issue? I need the details of the owner of this firm and my rights as a consumer for online shopping. They have gobbled in my money I paid online for the phone. I paid by credit card. The customer care executive Danish and Anis are both repeatedly giving the same reply that their senior some Mr. Mohit is not there at the moment. I want to bring these frauds to justice. Someone kindly guide me.

Hi Manoj, HURRAH.IN is[protected]% fake, fraud and cheater. They import damaged phones and replace parts then sell it here. No way they can get a new imported phone with customs involved at that price. I know we want to save few bucks and fall in trap of these kind of people. Contact me on how I am proceeding in my case. I have being pushed from one department to other at Cyber Crime. I have lost hopes there and in the mean time I have approached Akosha.com. There have sent a notice letter to them to which they haven’t responded yet. Now I am sending an legal notice to the managing director to refund the product amount and additional Rs.10, 000 for the extreme stress and mental agony they have caused to me and the cost incurred by me in trying to resolve the matter.
