[Resolved]  hurrah.in — Online Cheating Website

Address:West Bengal

Dear Sir,

I have to purchase one smartphone though online, i have go through fonezone in ebay.in and i found the Hurrah.in is supplied the smartphone very low prices with vendor warranty.

I Contacted them on their Mob: [protected] regarding the COD availability for PIN no: 523001, they told yes we have and also told we supply our products on COD any where in India.

Finally I have ordered SAMSUNG I8000 OMNIA II - 8 GB on 08.05.12, Order no: 346 Rs. 11000/- and make advance payment Rs. 500/- bu purchasing COD 500 voucher, Order no: 347. After confirmation of my order and successful adv payment i call them on 09.05.12 regarding dispatch status they told me we have received your payment and it will reach you with in 5 days.

After the five days i call them regarding the non receipt of product they told me we don't have COD facility for your city, so we cancelled your order.

When i asking them regarding refund my adv amount they told me sometimes please purchase the COD vouchers for balance amount, sometimes OK we start the refund process, sometime they told first you purchase the product through wire transfer (full payment) then we transfer your adv amount. They couldn't start the refund process till now (31.05.12) and they not give any reply to my mails.

If you see the customer reviews of Hurrah.in on ebay.in (I have not seen before purchase), they received the so many negative reviews and they supply the old and used products instead of Seal Packed imported from US/UK and contact number also most of all not connected before 1.30pm.

Guys they are cheating the peoples through Hurrah.in and supply the used products, beware of this guys and think 10000 times to visit Hurrah.in

Thanking you

Regards

No they are not fraud at all, last week i have bought SII from hurrah.in and i received that in 3 days. They provide excellent service.
I agree that Hurrah.in is the best website in comparison of the other website .

Thier customer support executive are very politely talks with the all customer and thier service are so good so quickly.

Indeed thier handsets are brand new which are imported from US and UK and 100% genuine.

They perform function in a right way as well as pieasure manner.
Of course Hurrah.in is fraud number one... I have real all the above comments and I think that Md Fasal is from Hurrah hence trying to create good image of hurrah but remember guys they r fraud. And the guys who received there items on time pls go to the nearest authorized service center and check and ensure that Mobile is not used. They are selling faulty piece. Even u received good condition handset, it will work hardly one or two months.
Hurrah.in best cheater # 1 -

Hurrah.in really cheater # 1. I have bought Sony Xperia x10 from them for Rs.17, 000/- which become dead in one month only. I have sent it to them for repairing. Got very poor response. They are not replying properly. After 3 months they demanded Rs. 2000/- for part replacement. I have paid them Rs. 2000/- for part replacement but again they stop responding. Replying to my mails rarely. I received my mobile after 5 months and I got shocked. Its not detecting any SIM card nor any memory card.
That means mobile is total useless.
They are providing worst service. I will suggest not to buy anything from them...
I agree they are the worst online dealers. I ordered a nokia E7 on ebay from them in the month of March 2012. Got it after one month. after using for two eeks the set became dead. i sent it for replacement but they repaired this hanset and sent it back to me. It did not start at all. Finally i sent it back fro replacement again. This time i had to pay Rs. 2350/- as replacement cost. But to my surprise when i got the replaced handset back after nearly two months, it was used. I took it to the nearest nokia care and they told me that it was repaired twice before. It had a faulty earpiece and i had to shell Rs. 1000 more fore replacement.

My avce : throw your money in the river but pls. do not buy from them. they speak rudely and sell second hand and damaged handsets.
Same case happened with me . I have ordered xperia arc. The phone is reconditioned no doubt .They are Fraud .
Hi Manoj, HURRAH.IN is[protected]% fake, fraud and cheater. They import damaged phones and replace parts then sell it here. No way they can get a new imported phone with customs involved at that price. I know we want to save few bucks and fall in trap of these kind of people. Contact me on how I am proceeding in my case. You can join the group "Hurrah.in is fraud" on facebook for regular updates. You can also write an email to Kolkata Cyber Crime at [protected]@kolkatapolice.gov.in as I did.
I agree, Hurrah is fraud. i have ordered HTC one x on 12 feb and paid 29000 rupees already and there is no update from them and no one is answering the call now... Can some one please tell me how to get the money back ???

your answers will be much appreciated
