i mint card — Not recd the card since March08'!!!!!!!!

My name is Anu Chatterjee .My ICICI CC was automatically converted into an I Mint card without my approval .Have not got he card since March 08' which is the issue month of the card.The whole year the company has not bothered to check if I have recd the call or not.

In March 09' I filed in a complaint the ref no being 785006 dated 17th March 09'.Have spoken to so many people, few names being Chitra & Zeba.Everybody tells the same story -WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.
Gave them the new address also, complained again on 16/5/09 .Gave them the office address also & was promised that within 15days the card would be dispatched to my office.Im still waiting.

Tried speaking to the customer care today.Spoke to Amit & then Indrajit on 11/6/09 .ALaso tried speaking to Pradip who was the floor supervisor at that time, he put me on hold for half an to give me the name of the Head of Customer service and the id, and then he hung up.

Is this the kind of service we are talking about from ICICI Bank JV.Its pretty disgraceful n frustrating.
