I-Process — PF not received already above one year over

Hello Sir,

This is Bathula Narasimha Rao, i use to work for i-process phone banking centre Banjarahills, Hyderabad. I resigned my job there last year in the month of May 2007 and also have submitted for PF after 2 months of my resignation and when ever i go through the web site epfindia.nic.in it was showing that my cliam application is received on 31st August 2007 and try after 30 days and i have not got the claim amount till date and also to my surprise now the same site epfindia.nic.in shows that they have not received my claim, now tell me what do i need to do. if my pf office in AP i would have personally approached them but it is not in the state of AP but it is connected with maharastra govt. Here many people says that even if you complaint that is of no use because it is a govt related issue. If you get a complaint against pvt sector i am sure that you will try to do justice then why cant you do the same justice when it happens with the govt sector. I want my PF amount please try to see that I get my pf amount. My PF number is MH/BAN/47808/4198 and my employee code is c04010

I-Process — PF NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE

Dear Sir,
i am working in icici personal loan deptt. on the i-process roll .i am left the job august 2008 and i am submit my all document inculding pf form but sir my pf not received till date .i am lots of time call to pf office and there employee every time told me your pf now under process .sir my pf form submit to pf deppt. dt on 16th of aprail 2009 but i have not receive my pf.i am also search my claim status to pf site but this site show my claim is not receive this office so sir kindly look in to this matter and provide me deposit receipt my pf form to pf office.

sir i am humble request to you pls do the need ful.

I was working with M/s I Process Services( India ) Pvt. Ltd (Employee code- C03616 ) for the period 01.01.2006 to 31.05.2007. Now after passing of nearly 1.5 years, I have yet to receive my money. I submitted my claim form on 25th May 2009 & the same was received by you and acknowledged on 2nd June '09. My PF number is MH / 47808 / 3563 .

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for clearance of my dues from department at the earliest.
