[Resolved]  I Solution — leave encashment cheque

i solution — NON RECEIPT OF REISSUED CHEQUE

Dear Sir/ Madam,

PF no MH/94095/4216, CHeque no- 416344/501126, dated 29th march2011.

sent back to bank as i have mentioned the wrong branch on the given a/c. i came to your office in march, that time i understand that the cheque is in reissuing process & officer asked for the letter which will be signed & stamped by bank, i have submitted the letter by may 1st week, where the person informed the officer is on leave, you may please come after 20may. also take bank letter that they have sent the cheque to us. please note in my letter i have written that the cheques has been sent back to PF office & bank officer has signed & stamped aftre reading the letter only.

kindly update the staus immedietely. appriciate your immediate response.

Thanks . but this is against bank as well as PF office which is not giving right path to people. i have registered the complaint in bank as well.

PF office should have proper communication as well as on line help.

1 person saying that cheque has been recd by bank, 1 is saying the another person is not there, you may be come after so & so date he will give you the details also take Bank letter that they have submitted the cheque. this is not the way to answer, if you dont know anything you should keep quite or say hat we will let you know. there phone lines are also not working, how to get them in touch. we have to spend whole day that is also in week not on saturday, so we are spending our time for this people who dont know to answer.
