They have given her the expression of interest letter and have assured that she would get the offer letter in 2 weeks.
Its been almost 6 months and there is no call as such.
In between they mailed her thrice saying that she would be called in Dec, Jan, Feb.
After Feb, there is no call.
These IBM HR guys are very negligent. Its a fraud actually, building lot of job assurance in the unemployed people and not offering the job at the right time.
