It ahs been more than a week since we lodged a complaint with IBM regarding our IBM p615 Database Server. Initial diagnosis showed Fan and Fan Tray Cable as faulty, but IBM has not been able to provide these parts over this one weeks time.
Problems in the Server has caused unavailability of Critical Databse Server to users for more than one week now. The problem is further intnesified due to Financial Year Closing due. Was this information helpful? |
