This is in ref. to my Telephone No.[protected], the shifting request was submitted on 30/10/2008 from my earlier residence to new location at Hosakerehalli. The OB ref. No. 9125147, till date neither I got Telephone connection restored nor Broadband. Appreciate, if BSNL follows in sending communication to Customers, weather there is feasibility OR will get connection after 3-6 months etc., The situation is really discouraging to us, even after making prompt payments to Bills well in advance.
