IBP — Non supplying of Gas
I have a connection of IBP gas, in the name of Subhas Dey my consumer No. is C/D 475, I booked Gas on 05/07/2011(Refile order No-1642) but up to this date I have not received the gas, & every time our Gas supplier non co-operating with me. My Delars name is 'DEV DEEP' which is at DUTTPAUKR, (HATKHOLA) JESSORE ROAD, POST- DUTTAPUKUR, DIST NORTH 24 PGS, WESTBENGAL.I hope you will solve my problem as early as possible.
IBP — Counter of Machine jumped
Dear Sir,This is regarding the cheating case at petrol pump (IBP - Ganga Jamuna, Jaipur).
On 06/04/2012, I asked the filling guy to fill the petrol of Rs. 1500 in my car at 7:45 AM. He stared the filling but after filling petrol of Rs. 1250, machine counter suddenly jumped to Rs.1500. We raise the alram & then they admitted.
Finally they filled rest petrol of Rs. 250.
I got this because we were continous focused in the machined as this was happened with us earlier also. But this is openly cheating with the customer.
If you can forward this to the company, please do it. I would also want to write to the company compaint box, but could not locate the site address.
Please provide site address. This is my suggestion to the other readers, not to take the petrol from Ganga-Jamuna petrol pump in Jaipur

I have a IBP gas connection with DEB DEEP GAS AGENCY, DUTTAPUKUR, NORTH 24 PARGANA, IN WEST BENGAL. My Customer No. is C/D 475
I have booked a refill on 05.07.2011 but till date (i.e, 23.07.2011) I have not received that. Upon my repeated enquiry with the firm, they said they've despatched the cylinder. But it didnot reached us.
Please look into this.
