petrol pump operators say electricity is interrupted and start the meter again, beware they will add the amount which was shown in the meter before the electricity was interrupted.
in real when the meter starts again from zero and ends to a point where you want it to, but unfortunately it automatically includes the previous amount too, therfore these guys gets the oppertunity to charge you for both the amounts and you will have the tank with less fuel. so be carefull

IBP — Wrong quantity
I poured many times fuel from here, i sometimes doubted the quantity here but i thought that the problem of less milage has come from my flats where the petrol i thought is getting theft but surprisingly after i put a lock for petrol, i got to know that the petrol bunk person had done this activity which gave me very less milage and it was 35KMPL and it was for several times, i spoke to the manager who was careless and asked me to always look in to the meter starting from 0 else he said "you may loose petrol", this prtrol bunk is near Malkajgiri, Anutex. For a better mileage may be its better you choose an optional one.
