IBPS — website not opening

Dear Sir,
I have submitted the application form of my friend sachin gupta for the post of PO in IBPS exam 2011 through my HDFC debit card.but after completion of my application through online, IBPS did not send me confirmation of my application and my transaction money 459+459 debited two times. after that i have submitted my form through chalan process. aftertwo days i got a mail your money we rufunded earliest but till date, i did not get my money.with in one month i am daily send mail to ibps but till date i did not get any response their side. once i call to online support no. of IBPS they tell me settlement department go for vecation.so we can not send your money. i am very fed up about this matter.
Please look out this matter.

with due respect i had saved my ibps emai login ID and password but somehow they got deleted... i tried recovering them from my yahoo id but could not succed.. could u please help me in getting my id and password. i ve filled from mumbai...my challan no is IBPS[protected] and s 3571573. my name is Bikram Sahu and my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com . I have deposited Rs. 450/- on 14-July-2011 through on-line for CWE for Recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees and it was informed to apply for call letter after 4th of September 2011. I did several attempts however getting message as invalid registration ID and Password.
Its contact number also not working. Is it a CHEATING ORGANISATION or what to spoil everyone's life. I am preparing for this exam by paying 5, 000/- rs. but now I am getting fear about it. what to do?

I have submitted the application fee of IBPS but lately I noticed that I am not eligible for this test right now. But after looking the above comments I don't think that I am going to get back my deposited fees. Let us all make a complaint against IBPS for refunding the fees of the students who cannot register their application forms or those who accidentally deposit fees for exam.
