[Resolved]  Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [IBPS] — Fee paid Twice

I would like to bring to your notice that on 20th August 2022, I made a payment for IBPS Po application Reg No. [protected], through your bill desk service, but due to some technical problem it showed error. However, once again I made the payment. after payment it is noticed that the amount is deducted twice from the same UPI transaction ID[protected]. Hence, I kindly request you to reverse the payment which is excess deducted to SBI A/c No.[protected]
I tried reaching IBPS helpline on both days 20th August and today (30th aug).
