[Resolved]  ICC Network, Viman Nagar,Pune — Broadband Connection

ON 19th July 2009, i had very bad experience with ICC network with service. Morning i called up there office to log a compliant regarding the problem (internet not working), the customer representative said that they are sending an engineer to my place. The first call was at 11: 00 am ...thereafter a continous followup ..but ICC keep on saying there engineer is on the way to my residence at viman nagar...finally at 6:00 pm ...they started ignorning my calls...then i have decided to go their office at kalyani nagar...there were few engineers sitting at the kalyani nagar office. They called concern person who i was taking the follw up reguarily, the concerned person replied i dont have any information on same or any complaint from such person.

On 20th July 09 few engineer came to my residence and said that the problem was from your end. The funny thing was there engineer were working on terrace ..just bcos the circuit was short circuit due to rain.

Yes same happened with me, I stay in vadgoan sheri,
After getting connection i didn't get one day internet at my home and they have charege extra rs during installation, I don't know how to handle with these gys

I also stay in vadgaon sheri.
i have taken night plan unlimited 3 days back, it has not been started yet. every night i log in to check whether its working or not, but always in vain, by that time there office gets closed. So i am completely helpless.
Some times my day plan too never able to catch the ip address needed to connect to the internet.
And when I catch them in the morning time they told that it will be fine tonight, it will be fine tonight.. its such disgusting.
Really tough guys to handle. Lets see when r they going to fix it.

These are my details...I m really frustated as these guys do not respond to calls neither they respond to emails...can anyone give me an email ID of any of these people who provide the services so that I can register my complaint. I am planning to post this issue in PUNE MIRROR!!

icc net speed — ibad engineers

i am icc net speed customer.i am having a speed problem and i have been complaining from past two months about this problem.but the problem is still not solved and the engineers come and do timepass and check emails.i request to take strict action aganist tthem

This is the most pathetic service till date. I was assured by the executive that I will be getting the connection done within three working days since last Monday. The executive took full payment on Monday and since then he has been playing with words. If I don't get positive response within the next 2 days, I am going to get the hell out of them. I am planning to approach some local newspapers regarding this issue. And I also suggest prospective ICC connection seekers, please don't go for this bloody ICC NETSPEED connection and even if you want to, make sure you don't get cheated like me.

Its more than pathetic... its THE WORT INTERNET SERVICE i have ever seen...

My complaint number is "VB20981" and i m trying to reach these people from past 3 days. These suckers keep transferring the call form one person to another, and when i ask them to give the call to the manager they always say that he is in a meeting. I have called them at least 10 times still there is no engineer visit so far.

Prior to this my internet was down for 5 days, I kept calling them day and night still the engineer took bloody 5 days to reach.

ICC Netselect is just HOPELESS.

My advise: "PLEASE DON'T GO FOR ICC NETSPEED" it sucks really sucks. you will regret after getting the connection as this is postpaid and you cannot jus do anything against them.

The bloody number is not available after 6 PM and these guys say that they are always available till 9 PM.

I again recommend: Never go for ICC NetSpeed... go only i[censored] want to be really very veyr much frustrated...

ALL BLOODY PPL SITTING THERE AND NOT PICKING UP CALLS, NOT RESPONDING TO QUERIES.AFTER an HOR WAITING THEY PICKED UP MY CALL AND SAID THEY ARE MERGING WITH BLOODY CC NET COMPANY AND HENCEFORTH THEY WILL PROVIDE SERVICE ALSO THEY WILL EXTEND WHATEVER NUMBER OF DAYS WE DID NOT HAD NET RUNNING> NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP PHONE NEITHER ICC NET OFFICE NOR ENINEER HIS NAME IS ANAND JOSHI. ALL SUCKERS in THAT COMPANY. I AM ON LOSING SIDE OF 441+650(DEPOSOIT) = INR 1091 .

ICC office in vimasn nagar were informed 6, omths back that TEN CRICKET has been launched .make arrangemehts to telecast it. Mobody bothered to it.
I reminded them that the presenttest series with south africa will come only on ten cricket.pl make arrangement.
It all went to blank head.your coustemers are not getting it, but rest pune is enjoying the tele cast.
Why you are very slow in it like our govt. when we will be able get it. Any developments or just eyewash
ICC net work is closingsouth channels one by one.Sincelast three days JAYA TV -channel is blocked. It was bought your branch and head office3 days back . Till todate it is not telecasted.earliertwo telegu one malayalam one kannada one tamil channels were stopped, Inspite of many requests they not restated nor any reply was given by you.
I feel exteremly sorry this state of affairs. If you dont want to telecast pl inform, we will change other modes where we get our requirements.
It is high we all must migrate to otherproviders as you arenot caring for your coustemers
Really disappointing that ICC did not bother to make arrangements to telecast the india-sa series on ten cricket...not sure if any work is going on even now to try to make things work, but doesnt seem like it. We're considering switching our cable operator if these kinds of events continue -- even once more..

We are having similar experience with ICC Broadband service in Vidyanagar. Internet has gone down since last 4-5 days. Noone is picking up the call. Whenever they pickup the call, they respond saying that they will send a representative and noone turns up. The call center isn't raising any ticket number. Neither are they transfering the call to any senior management.
I hate ICC netspeed. Worst company.

I am from Vishrantwadi - Pune. I bought ICC netspeed broadband connection in Jan 2015 with 6 months plan. Since the day I bought it it’s not working properly and their customer service is very bad. After following 2 or 3 days as well they will not care about your urgency. Please avoid buying any icc netspeed broadband you will only face lot of trouble. Your money will be wastage.

Please do not take internet connection from this company at all, and avoid trouble. I faced the lot of problems and I don’t want anybody to face the similar situation.

My Name is Imran Qureshi from sanjay park Airport Road Pune ..I have taken connection from ICC netspeed network but i am disappointed as my cheque of Rs 4770 and form was taken on 16th march 2016 by Mr Zulfikar..he was interested in follow up for sales there after connection issue started.i had to take several follow up and later lan wire was put..Mr Javed was interested in Router selling but didnt manage to turn up as i purchase the price less what he was saying so didnt turn up for configuration.. 26th march 2016 user id was created on call and after several follow up Mr Tanzil suggested by Javed turn up for configuration he camp twice for configuration as 1st configuration was failure due to lan plug issue..but as per him main setting connection of wire was done wrong so no lan link appeared.. thereafter several follow up on phone which they dont pick up..customer care takea complaint but no one appear for solution.. Mr Zulfikar confirm with Mr Kunal head incharge for net connection gives time net connection but no one appear..finally i Called Mr Arif Vishrantwadi Tingre Nagar Incharge but he is still looking into it..I dont Know what should i do..and who will resolve the issue as it is 15. 04.2016 which is exactly 01 month now without any connection..and now who will bear this pain of follow up..
Icc is the worst company to deal with, all the staff is intolerable and in cooperative

I had purchased a broadband connection from the ICC NET SPEED Vishrantwadi on 29/04/2016 the amount paid was 2430 but now they are saying the connection cant be done and are refusing to pay the amount back.

Kindly Intervene
Fraud internet company
Plz stay away

They employ local gangsters to threaten customers if refund requested
