Dear Sir, With reference to ICFAI’s reply to above mentioned subject, it is very disappointing that ICFAI is giving false statements not only to its students but also a national level organization like CORE. It’s very strange that on same e-mail id earlier two e- mails are not received but third one received!! 1) ICFAI has stated that I have been supplied with course ware, CDs, & study materials for group A, which is not true. If so let ICFAI to provide the vide acknowledgement received from me to you. ICFAI was only lied to me that course materials were already sent without sending anything. (Pls refer attached doc. File. Page no 6 point No 2). 2) ICFAI is stating that I have availed other services from university for more than 3 months. Can ICFAI give the details of services it provided to me other than unfair practices of false statements.(Pls refer page no 6 & 7 of attached doc. File, for detailed false statements of ICFAI.) 3) ICFAI is also stating that I made appeal to withdraw from program for some personal reason!. Which is beautifully made story. Let ICFAI to provide documentary appeal sent by me stating personal reasons. The reason for withdrawing from program was only because o[censored]nfair practices of ICFAI.(Pls refer page NO. 6, 7 & 9 of attached doc. File which is clearly communicated to ICFAI regarding its unfair practices). 4) Regarding details of deductions no any earlier communication was sent to me by ICFAI. They deducted 5600/- without any information & for zero service provided. Now I hope all these above points with supporting documentary e-mails proves you the unfair practices of ICFAI University . However, we would like to furnish the following facts on the issue for your information. Mr. Santhosha S. Nayak enrolled into MBA program, offered by ICFAI University, Tripura, is a private university, which is not funded by any governmental bodies. Mr. Santosha S. Nayak enrolled into MBA program, vide Enrollment No.[protected] w.e.f. October 03, 2008 by paying an initial amount of Rs. 15, 000/-, and submitted 5 Post Dated [protected]@Rs. 6, 300/- each, to wards the balance program fee. While enrolling into the program, the student was supplied with Courseware, C.Ds, study material for Group – A of MBA program. He also availed all other services for more than three months from the university. The Students enrolling into the program, submit a ‘Declaration’, that in case they withdraw from the program they will not be entitled to claim any refund of amount paid. Notwithstanding the said declaration, Mr. Santhosha S. Nayak made an appeal that he wants to withdraw from the program with refund, due to some personal reasons. Our counseling officers tried level best to convince the student to continue in the program by explaining refund policy, details of deductions. However, student firmly sought withdrawal from the program, accordingly he has been withdrawn from the program w.e.f. January 02, 2009. Out of the actual amount of Rs.27, 600/- (Rs. 15, 000+Rs. 6, 300X2 + 12, 600/-)paid by the student an amount of Rs.22, 000/- is refunded after deducting only Rs.5, 600/- towards courseware and services availed by the student. The balance 3 PDCs have been duly cancelled. The said payment was made through Demand Draft vide DD.No. 771706 dated January 06, 2009. the above complete information is also communicated to the student. Do you think Icfai gives education to students?
IF yes - Wrong, It sucks blood of innocent people rather poor parents.
Strategical planning of Icfai: How to exploit the Distance learning MBA students.
1. Marketing executives are highly paid and well trained how to attract the students by any means, example- today is the last day or yesterday was last but I will manage it, do not worry, your admission will be in back date. A lot of cock & bull stories they will say, as they have been trained by the Adm staff of Icfai. Incentives of Marketing people are direct 20%. Even they used to pay initially for you Rs10000/-.( But behind this master mind works- to catch hold the student) Ready cash university pays to marketing people to do such drama while attracting the students.
2. Icfai wants students like-take admission, pay the money, pay the PDC cheques, forget after wards.
3. Take admission. Appear the first semistar . Pass it any how . Find maximum 99% passing the exam.
See the drama from second semistar. Carry on failing. Register by paying Rs1000/-. Get yourself failed.
If students will pass then where from the income will come? Every University has Two semistars, but this fake University has Four semistars, reason behind, to extract money from the students. If some one workout properly, then will come to know.
I[censored]niversity has 2, 80, 000 students, roughly minimum 1, 00, 000 register in each semister by payingRs1000/-.
Rs1000 X 1, 00, 000 =10, 00, 00, 000 (Ten Crores) X 4 Semistars = 40, 00, 00, 000 ( Forty Crores)
This much amount is verry attractive. But originally the income is more .
So if the students will pass then how the income will generate. Students take admission to increase the funds o[censored]niversity not to build the career. How the mastermind warks to suck the blood of poors.
4. Purposefully the students will be declared pass in 1St semistar, then drama starts of failing.But University declares as It gives quality studies so result is less. But this is an eye wash only. once they don't have studies, how one will expect result.
5. The fake University has a verry good fraud plans, which the students experience in due course. Only money money.
The sources have been extracted from some Ex-employs of the University who some time repent for their misdids of past while working for the fake University. These people should be behind the bars.

I am a student myself and able to complete first 4 groups, nw registered for Group E, as per your conception nobody will pass exams, but you can see in this forum itself so many students cleared Group B, Group C or somebody are in electives and even there are lots of student completed the course. The PDC facility is very convenient for middle class working peoples like me. About your calculation of exams fees, I am not sure that 1 lack students will register for the exams, the actual count may be less and I know that undergraduates exam fee is around Rs. 300/-, if we look at your calculation it leads no where near to fact. So, do not get into false assumptions and stop misguiding the students.
