[Resolved]  Icfai / Distance Learning Mba Program — harrasing with legal notices

Dear sir,

It is one of the most pathetic condition in my life. I have joined icfai distance learning programme. I have paid them 15k at time of joinnig and they took post dated cheques for the reaminnig 30k. Around (6300 rs per month) . First month somehow i paid them the money. Later next month i lost my job and said them i i want to discontinue my mba programme statingi cant afford anymore. I requested them not to submit my cheque. Later they submitted in bank and it got bounced back. Every month they did same and then i called thme up and informed not to submit cheques. Later they started to send me legal notices stating the cheque bounce. I begeged them, that my condition is bad but still they did not hear. They send me 3 legal notices. I called them and again and expalined my problem, mailed them but no use. They fianlly said me to send my termination letter. I send them but they again started to ask me for money. Now they fiannly are asking me to pay remainnig 9700 rs. Which i canot pay. What to do. Can some one expalin. Icfai is only money minded institute. Kindly lets join our hands and bring some value to educational society. My number is [protected]. Am from bangalore. Can any one suggest me3 how to go about this.
