To ICFAI Representative, Dear sir, As i have already submitted my complaint here with subject of "REGARDING COURSE FEE" & even i got your reply here Thank you so much for that. Actually today i have surveyed all the complaints against universities over here so finally i found that you are the one of the leading Grievances holder & most of complaints against your unfair fee strucutre policies. why are the most of complaints against your university, Sir that means many students are suffering from your unfair practices & still if there is such kind of drawbacks in your policies then why dont u amend it so that students can get relief. Nodoubt you are playing safe but this is not the matter of playing with students. you are here for students welfare not for personal monetary desires. & inwhich book of law is written that student can't withdraw from their studies but still your university insist not for withdraw from program & inwhich book of law is written that the study which he is nt studying anymore, he has to pay. & please sir, now don't say me to mail to ssd & waiting for the necessary action cause now this is not the matter of you & me only, thousands of students are waiting for your answer on this mail. Thank you so much sir for reply. Even i got reply from SSD at my personal mail that my withdrawl request has been sent to concern deptt. & thanks for ur kind support & please, support all that students also, all over the india who is suffering from the same problem. Sir, i want to let u know that your ICFAI Admission Centre representatives misguide the students just for the sake of acheiving the their admission targets cause they never let aware the students about all the legalities of prospectus, i agree with you that there is already mentioned every clause in prospectus but every student is not so intelligent & quick witted so it's the responsibility of your representatives that they should tell each & every clause of the prospectus to the students before admission. & one more thing, most of the students don't know the proper way of withdrawl cause when ever students visit your local ICFAI centres, your representatives directly tell that u can't withdraw from programe you have to study, you have to pay the full amount whether do study or not as it has already happened to me. so this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour create a violence in students. but luckily i met with one of your representative Mr. Kishore Joshi here in ludhiana local ICFAI Admission branch he guided me the proper way of withdrawl. I am very thankful to him & you also. so it was my experience with ICFAI which i wanted to share with you & i hope your university wud provide a fair platform & help the students to make their bright future.
