Myself PARMANAD GARG ASST.MANAGER in UNION BANK OF INDIA in GUJRAT & I am a regular viewer of all programmes including YOUR MONEY,STOCK 20-20,MARKET COUNTDOWN on CNBC AWAAZ.In my area when my cable network provider was not ABLE TO provide channel of CNBC AWAAZ ,I purchase airtel digital tv specially to see CNBC AWAAZ.I paid online policy premium in ICICIPRULIFE TERM POLICY on dated 4th feb 2011 and my medical was completed upto ninth feb and according to them I was absolutely fit.After that nearly 15 to 20 times i send my documents via mail & abt 100 times i made calls to iciciprulife,but i am sorry to say that their service was very poor & need much more improvement to stop harrasment of customer’s mind & money.
After I send a complaint mail to ICICIPRULIFE TERM POLICY,after that they send a letter me for new medicals,but now i m fully exausted with ICICIPRULIFE TERM POLICY response,service & policy issuance & now i dont want to continue this harrasement & i dont want to take policy & want my money back so that i can invest this in a good insurance company.
I taken this ICICIPRULIFE TERM policy to see advice at your channel & recommendation of policy bazaar.com but I was disapointing in this regard & told them and my friends that they should not recommend ICICIPRULIFE TERM policy to anyone.
Now I want to know the procedure to take my money back & how much deductions will be done in my paid premium & can I make complaint or suit in IRDA against ICICIPRULIFE TERM POLICY & suggest a policy in which I can invest for sum assured 50 lacs for 25-30 yrs term.I also make a request to you that please don’t recommend ICICIPRULIFE TERM policy at your channel because I am a regular viewer and proud that this is my channel.

ICICI Prudential Term Insuarnce Policy — Delay in issuing policy
Applied for Term Insuarnce POlicy with ICICI Vashi branch in August 2009 and paid premium of Rs.15000. Did not get policy issued for 4 months and when I got tired of it asked for premium and interst on premium for 4 months. Have not sent the premium back saying withdraw your claim for interst otherwise you will not get premium back.Have gone to IRDA any other way of bringing this arrogant inefficient company to its senses????
