[Resolved] ICICI Pru Life — Cheated for 1,10,000 rupees | |||
My name is ramesh N. I had a policy with number 10878400. I paid 1, 50, 000 rs for 3 years with 25000rs as a halfyearly mode. After I decided to surrender the policy, I called ICICI bank and asked to surrender. they said I wont get the first year premium back which is 50000 rs and they asked me to redirect another 50000 in another policy and returned 50000rs. but I did not get the new policy document and also they said if I pay 10000rs, I will get the first premium of 50000 rs and also policy document. Neither i got the policy document nor my first premium. The numbers they used for communication. "[protected]" and "[protected]". these numbers are not working. Was this information helpful? | |||
