[Resolved]  IDBI Bank Home Loan — Return of the processing fee paid for Home Loan enhancement

I have a home loan with IDBI, I applied for an enhancement and processing agency charged me the processing fee paid INR 11, 236.00 upfront. They were not ready to log my case without this fee, I had to pay.
Then IDBI declined my loan for eligibility reasons and now I am struggling for last 4 months to get my money back.

The same thing has happened with me. My processing fees was taken. The loan was also sanctioned but the disbursement has not happened till now. I am so frustrated that I want to file a case in consumer court against them. Can anyone help me.
