All IDBI employees are either liars or they don't know their job . If they are not aware of their jobs then I feel it's time IDBI hires a totally new set of employees and fires out this worthless lot .
I opened an account with them thinking that they provide good net banking as well as phone banking services . I was told that all my facilities will be activated as soon as my account is active . However , this did not happen and when I asked them the reason they started saying that these facilities will take atleast about 10 days to activate . Besides , it can't be done online or over the phone . I need to visit the branch for this and fill up another form . Even though I had filled up all the forms at the time of account opening I was asked to do that once again .
These people don't care about their customers and their time . They trouble you like anything for small petty matters .Moreover , their executives will never answer your questions . These people have no respect for time and their customers .
