I am Home Loan customer of IDBI Home Finance from Dec -2006.
Since then I am paying my Installment on 5th of every month regularly.
I have given an ECS mandate for the same.
This time I have not seen any debit in my account on 5th so on 6th I sent a mail to Deepa Kadam, bank executive whom I used to co ordinate earlier for any request.
I have not received any reply from her till date, so yesterday I send a mail to branch manager Mr. Kiran Patel with the same request.
Neither he respond so I tried calling on the tele phone number which is listed on IDBI Home finance website, but none of the Phone were working.
Finally I called to you corporate office, where I come to know regarding merger of IDBI Home Finance into IDBI Bank, and I got a number and mail ID of Mr. Subodh Kuckian.
I tried calling him on[protected] but no one was picking the phone. So I called back to corporate office again and finally I got mobile number of Mr. Kiran Patel.
Now Mr. Kiran Patel has inform me that new Management has changed the policy and they will execute all the ECS or PDC transaction on last date of each month in very rude fashioned. ( I agree that I took a loan from his company so he has rights to talk to me like this even when I am talking to him politely. His language was not any better than a collection agent, I really don't know why?)
I requested him it will not convenient for me to pay the installment on the last date, and I prefer to have my Installment date on 5th only, where he respond "Nothing doing, this is Management decision only and you have to arrange the fund on last date of each month.
I was trying to explain him my genuine concern, but his attitude was more like a 'Least bothered and kind of do what ever you want or may be like why don't you shut your account and get lost and stop troubling me ( he verbally haven't said all this but was sounding like this only). He even told me why don't you give complain in writing and I'll give you answer in professional manner which you will understand, as if nothing will happened to him. He even told me you contact to the person who gave you my number, I don't bother.
My only point and request to you is " I would like to keep my Installment date as 5th of every month" please can you make sure if I can continue with it.
And till date I was getting good support from your executives and staff will it be continue or now we will have to deal with people like Kiran Patel.

They offered me ROI 11.5% at initial condition.
Afterwards it has been reduced to 10-10.25%.
Still this ROI is too high compared to other banks.
ICICI & HDFC is having facility of spreading interests rate (i.e reducing ROI by paying some charges)

I demanded same or similar facility, to reduce my ROI. But they told me that they are not having any such scheme.
I am not able to understand the way by which IDBI will reduce ROI for me.
Please suggest?
