[Resolved]  IDBI Home Loan — Wrong Commitment made from bank

I had applied for home loan in IDBI bank. I was requiring Home Loan 90% of agreement value. I had clearly mentioned this to the person who was handling my case.
I had clearly mentioned him, if and only if IDBI can give me 90% loan then only want to apply for the loan otherwise don’t start the processing until this is confirmed.
I was assured by the IDBI person Manish Joshi that I will get 90% loan of the agreement value and the cheque of amt 5618/- INR was taken from me.
IDBI took many days to process my loan. Finally I got the loan sanction letter from the bank in which they offered only 80% loan of property value.
In the mean time they deposited my cheque and amount of 5618/- was debited from account.
When I asked Mr. Manish why I am offered 80% loan he was not even aware of the fact that I was offered 80% loan.
I reminded him that he was not supposed to process my loan if bank does not give me 90% loan. Then he called his senior on phone and it was concluded Manish had no idea about the percentage the loan is sanctioned by the bank.
He also agreed that a wrong information was provided to me and it solely his mistake.
He assured me that he will refund my money because it was his mistake. And then left my office.
Now when I called him now, he says whatever I want to do I can do. But he will not refund my money. He suggested me if I wish to file a police complaint I may go ahead. He doesn’t care.
One thing I have done wise is that, I have taken his sign on the letter that he had given me wrong information and he or the bank is liable to refund my money.
Now I am thinking of filing official complaint for the same. Where I can file it?
At the Consumer Court? RBI? Or the Police Station?
Please guide me. Need someone’s guidance on above matter. As the same thing might have happened with few more people in the past too.
I want to teach a leason to these people that our hard earned money we cant let go in such way.

Any banks Rep's will not be the autorised person to tell u the loan amount, U need to get into personal discussion with Branch Manager and only then u will get the sanctionaed loan .
Now as he is not autorised u cant do any thing i bet .

Myself Arvind omprakash tivari.I am based at surat and a medical reprasantative in the alembic pharmaceuticals. I have applied for the home loan in the IDBI bank of ring road branch surat. They have given me the assurance to give me the sanction of the loan in 15 days.

My home loan file was loged in the bank's system on 3rd of the july'09. but still these bank people are not giving me the satisfactory answer. I have recorded the conversation of myself my two friends and loan department manager mr. nawab singh. which i am sending to you.

I request to you that this is a genune case of mental harassment from the banking department to the customer which you will also come to know after listning this recording how the bank manager replies to the customer. who has already been submitted the relavant documents before the file has been loged in.

On 22nd of july mr nawab sing, rcu managar jaivrath mr rajendra anjara has told me that your rent agreement is fraud which is a notry document. despite that i have visited your bank with my land lord and proved against the branch head on 23rd july that the rent agreement is genune which also confirmed by mr barve. he had told me to write a letter which i have given him. that day he has given me a assurance that he will help me do this in short course of time. but 32 days went away still my file is pending . please do needful for this.

I had applied for Home loan from IDBI. At the time of applicartion the representative told me that the processig fee will be @ 0.5% of the loan amount. After repetateive questions at last when i can't switch to other bank he has said that the processing fee charged will be 1% . When the apllication was made they have taken a chq of amounting 2758/-.for which has been allready put for clearing and debited from my acount.As this is a purely cheating for catching up customer base .Pls help me out from this

Sir I am posting in Malda (westbengal), it is 349 km distance from Kolkata.Inspite of that as per instruction of Mr. Rajat I go to the kolkata in every week in month of March for submit the requiared paper as per your procedior and I was hopefull that my bank help me for get the home lone with your best scheme in 8.25% interest rate. Mr. Rajat told me your paper is OK and your file is legally technicaly is ok . so you please come on 30th march, beacuse my rcu deperetment, Mr. Kalyan want to meet with you. iwen there with my landlord.Mr.kalayan told me you are allready get the sanction letter and your file will go for disbursment on 31 March.But I am sorry to inform you, that after payment the processing fees Rs 5168/- and as your comeetment 189000/- advance payment to landlord, till today I am so confused that what happen and why I dont get the loan from my idbi bank. Again I hopeful that I will get posetive result other wise I will lost my mony of Rs 5168/_ & 189000/-. please help me!

IDBI Home Loan — Delay in processing home loan

Applied for home loan in jan 10,second week.still my hoam loan case is pending,because carelessness of IDBI bank officials.
I have also being ditched by the Direct Selling Agent of IDBI in Chandigarh. He made false promises from the day one on behalf of IDBI bank, Chandigarh. He was a direct selling agent but saying that I am your contact for IDBI bank. Such thugs should not be given such a resposibility as for their commission of some rupees that tell bunch of lies to the customer and tell at the time when there is no choice left to the customer.
They should be treated as frauds and their licence(agreement (whatever) for doing business on behalf of bank ) should be cancelled by the bank.
YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ALEAST FOR ONE MORE YEAR THAN IDBI BANK OFFICAL WILL REALISE THAT THEY ARE SHORT OF TARGET SET BY BANK AND WILL COST FOR THERE INCEVTIVE THAN ONE DAY IDBI BANK OFFICIAL CALL YOU FOR HOME LAON, I CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH THIS AND UNDERSTAND UR PROBLEM

Sir,
I have taken Over draft facility from Kotak Mahendra Bank and was committed that you will not be liable for paying any money deposition charges and with the same commitment i have taken this facility, but though I was charged with the deposition charges from three months after requesting from begining they told me you will be reimburse the amount deducted but after three months they are telling you will be charged for deposition.

this is my second experiance with Kotak Mahendra Bank

so what is the way, what can i do
