How to get money back ?

I have invested Rs, 20000/- (4 bonds each of Rs 5000/=)in option A vide folio no18IFB026337 Certificate no[protected] dinstictive no 95401 to 95404 & Redemption date was25/04/2006.Meanwhile i forgot to get those redeemed.Now I want to cash the money invested in this bond pl let me inform.
