[protected] i have not subcribe idea music sation service they auctomatically avtivated & charges Rs. 25/- twice. i follow the customer care advice to deactive the service 543213, 8, 1 but again the deducted the amount ansering me that you top up your account. i want to know how to deacivte this service immediately.

I would like to de-activate the music staion from my idea number which has been activated automatically on my # [protected] and also i would like the amount of 30 rs. to be credited into my idea account.

my cell no. is [protected], i have not subcribed for idea music station sarvice they automaticalyy started this and chrges 30 Rs /month for septerber 2010.
I have not received any single message reagrding activating this or chrging this.
plz deactivate this service. i think i have to in consumer court and file a case to you guys...I am very dispoint abt your service.this is sos rediculasss.

you charged 250 RS now from september 2010 to till now. you guys are so bludy.plz dezctivate this otherwise i have to change my no.

i have a prepaid idea connection no [protected]. the service provider has activated a subscription to idea music station without my knowledge and deducting rs 30 every month . my cmplaint to customer was of no help.
