[Resolved] Idea Music Station — Stoppage of Idea Music Station service
My mobile No: [protected]. It is surprising that you had activated Idea Music Station on my mobile without any permission for the last six months. Every month, I am sending regularly SMS to your customer care for the deactivation of the said service but they did not pay much attention to SMS and ignored the same. When a customer clearly mentioning for the deactivation of the service how a reputed company like you behaving in this manner. Is it not the fraud committed by your company to snatch the money without taking any consent of the poor customer? I strongly protest this arbitrary deduction and activation of the said service. I hereby called upon you to disconnect the service of Music Station with immediate effect and return back the deducted amount on receipt of this mail.
