Hello,
I am the customer of Idea prepaid service last 6 years, My mobile no is [protected].
As per the customer care call and discussion, I was supposed to the change services from Prepaid to Postpaid in Idea.
I have submitted the required document to Idea postpaid service executive name "Ashish" at 06 Apr 2011, given a post paid SIM, to take the advantage of Postpaid services and he told me that your number will reactivate within 3 days.
But it is the ridiculous that a week is supposed to over but my both SIM are not activate. I am a professional person so I have no of contacts who are interacted with me.
Now, If today my SIM is not activate any how then I will case in consumer forum oppose to the IDEA.
So please do needful asap.
