would you please look into this:-

Issue:-
Irrelevant Bill Amount.

Cause:-
on July 17th 2012, I got a call from Idea operator,that please send this particular sms to activiate 950 3G service,use it first month for free,then you will will be charged from next month.
But I'm charged for these services from july onwards, your customer care operator are saying,they...

I have submitted IDEA post paid application, but after 48 hours also the sim is not registered and the corresponding person are not receiving the call from our side....
