I find it unscrupulous comments, without facts. Funny, how can ideb writiting against ideb.
Any news on Club house, road, etc
Hi all.. today i was at ideb site in the morning. It is progressing but slow. Met their engg. and he told that flooring is getting over. Fortunately, my flat is done up nicely. I am sure it will take another 10-12 months, what they say.
Hi all any upodate on VT. Can anyone send me invite for IDEB VT forum.
I don't see this project can be completed by IDEB, Only possible by some other developer take over the project.
The joneis sitting at IDEB Site are not at all capable to handle this project. There is no cash flow to this Project.
Only five retaierd people are working there as they can't find any other job to do. I feel they are simple wasing their carrier and our money. I don't think Mr Bedi has any intension of completing this project.
If the additional FSI permition from PMC can't be got. they could have completed with 5th Floor for A & B and complated this project with other infrastructurs.
Even on 21st Aug'11 in the meeting Mr.Bedi him self was there and agreed to compete the project without additional 3 floors and we all are agreed to pay the due on mutielly agreed progress on Road, Main Gate, Compond Wall, Club House, Internal lighing Lift etc.
Nothing is happening as per the discussion. Even Mr. Bedi is also not tracable.
