[Resolved]  IdhaSoft — Not returning 1.79Las Settlement Amount

Dear Kiran Bedi Mam,

Iam currently working with a software firm as a “Module Manager – SAP PP”.
I used to work with Idhasoft Limited Address :- B-407, BSEL Tech Park, 4th Floor, Opp Vashi Rly Station, Sector 30-A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, 400 705. India.

During this tenure I (neither any other employee of Idhasoft) never received salary on time and every time the company HR used to give us various reason e.g. No funds, bank issues, technical problems in Bank etc.

I too experienced it and since my personal commitments were hampered (Loans, EMI’s etc.) I was mentally harassed and traumatized by seeing this situation and hence left this organization by legally serving and giving a One month of Notice period as per Company Policy.

When I left this organization they promised me saying that your settlement amount (Rs.1, 79,640/- Rupees One Lakh Seven Nine Thousand six Hundred and Forty only) will be given back to you in One month period of time and your Work Experience and Releaving Letter will be given to you within 15-30 days. My current company kept my salary on hold because these letters were not given to me on time which I need to submit it to my current organization. I was again without salary for almost 2-3 months period of time and nothing was done by Idhasoft to give me my settlement amount which was very huge. I used to call them up almost daily and sometimes they never used to pick up the phones nor connect me too the concern persons.
However they gave me the letters on 23rd June 2011 after my several follow-ups.
I was even asked to forcefully sign the document of settlement letter that I have received the amount. I asked them what if I don’t sign then they said its company policy and you may not get your Releaving letter and Experience Letter. I said its Illegal then they smiled and went inside their office and asked me to forcefully sign it on zerox copy and come later on to sign on original copy.

Still Iam waiting for my money and they are ignoring me.

Daily Iam trying to call them but are not reachable and they give false reason to me saying few people still not have received their salary where as I don’t see any other reason except false statements.

They are not even providing me with Form-16 so that I can submit them in my current organization which is again getting delayed.

I am totally exhausted and harassed by these people (CEO, HR and Finance Dept.) and in great trauma because thinking about my family I can’t even sleep in night.

This company is a big scam (Scam of Crores of Rupees I guess) fraud and cheats just like SATYAM. I don’t know what procedure to follow to get my money back since Iam afraid that if I go to police or lawyer they will hold my money back and never give me again.

What I even heard that they are signing an employment bond (1-2 Lakh of Rupees) with Fresher which is again Illegal I guess (Not sure about the HR law whether it is legal or not) and if he quits the company they never give back their money and threat them to pay it back or else they wont get Releaving letter and experience letter.

Iam sure they are doing some illegal activities like skipping or delaying or adjusting the Government Income –Tax and TDS of government or some illegal financial activities but since I don’t have any proof I cant go to anybody or don’t know whom to contact in Government sector (HR dept. or IT Dept or anti-corruption body or CBI) who can perform a genuine Audit on Idhasoft because they are such a powerful guys and can threat me and my family or sue me and also hold my money back just because they may put political source/pressure and make themselves legally right.

Iam saying this because they adjust money from some other source and delay in salary process and then give it back to few employees.

I sincerely request you to please help me getting my money back and take some action against these organization so that just like me no other employee can and go through what I have gone and suffered.

Please treat this issue as a serious one and help me.

IdhaSoft — Query

Hello everyone.Can anyone tell me about Idhasoft Ltd.I am joining in pune location.Please help me to know about the company.how is the work culture, benefits that company provides.Any help will be appreciable :)
I Can understand the kiran situation. But kiran should file the legal complain. Idhasoft is indeed fraud company. Not only idhasoft but they are group of fraud company. Idhasoft, Prism Informatics, Aagam etc. they are all group of fraud company and trying to come together to some how get the money from market and investor. I don't know why SEBI and other agencies are not watching them. But I am preety sure they are manipulating their balnce sheet. You can look at the prism informatics daily corporate announcement it looks like just PR excercise. Its fraud organisation and stay away from them.
GUYS...BEWARE OF JOINING IDHASOFT/PRISM INFORMATICS LTD.

My Experienxe with Prism Informatics Ltd, Vashi ...
1. Joined in BPC but was asked to do XBRL. The harrasement starts like the area where you donot have expertise, you would ask to take care of that otherwise you would ask to left. Infact this is the starategy to get rid of employee.
2. When they donot have requirement of new resources (infact they are unable to accomadate the existing resources) they why these people recuruits new resources? Answer - Just to stay in market, want to show that they are growing and they need more employee to compete with their competetiors. This way IDHASOFT/PRISM play with the life/career of innocent peoples and even after joining the next month itself they would start hatch the plan to remove these new joinees.
3. IDHASOFT/PRISM offfice is even donot have sufficient Chairs/Tables to offertheir employee for sitting. Forget about Tea/Coffee.. machines are lying ideal beacuse of fail to clear the dues of vendors.
4. Salary - I hope Idhasoft have cleard Nov'11 salaries...to their employees.
5. I used to sit mostly on edge of table (beacuse no table/chair) reluctant to go to toilnt even in high presurre fearing that the edge of table would be occupied by some one else.
6. You have to move a lot in case if you put into project but please donot expect for reimbursement for travel claims. In fact they donot policies on reimburement. They run the show on cost of emplyee's money.
7. Finacial irregulatories - It is inline with Satyam and I am going to diclose some facts on my new post.
8. Once you left the organisation please donot expect F & F, balance salary etc.
9. One of the worst HR DEPARTMENT Idha soft is having... All HR employee inclusing AVP/Executives are ... I feel pity for them. I know these people are also not getting their salary that is why they are reluctant to extentend their HR duties... or may be these people donot know abour HR Fuctions and forcefully deputed to the department.
I left Prism 4 months back still waiting for F&F. I sent 100s of mails to HR department but all went into vain. Now planning to take leagal action and I would expose the irregulatories/Compliances(so many) which I observed during my tenure to the respective Goverment department.

Over all it is better to work in BADA PAV center than Idhasoft/Prism.
