I am Ashish kumar form Roorkee. Actually sir/mam when i does recharge, after success fully the recharge within 5-10 minutes cut balance on my mobile, my mobile number is [protected]. I have call to customer care 10-12 times but not solution of my balance cut problem till days. he says that now you can do recharge. now your mobile balance will not cut because all service have off. but now same problem facing by me. please i requested you that give me solution of my problem

my mob no is [protected] the same problem which Anish Kumar[protected] has faced I am facing, I have lost 80% of my recharge value since mar 2010. I have enquired in the market most of the customer of Idia connection are facing this type of problem. In such way this company will not last more than two years.I have four connection with me, I am going to surrender all. It is requested to enquired why the people working on costumer relation level are so pressurised to deduct such hard earned money from the customer account by there own. In all the theft money is going in account of Idia company...
