[Resolved]  IForex.com — issue with my withdrawal request and services

let me give some brief description of the company against whom i am filing the complain.
iforex.com is an online trading firm which deals in currency. I opened an account with them in Oct 2009 if i remember correctly. I deposited $100 initially and during the course i did not used the services. Recently i decided to withdraw my amount from the firm. I raised a withdrawal request on 4-Jan-2012 which i have attached here as well. Since then i have made so many follow ups through phone and mail but i received such a pathetic response from there side which was not helping and asking some details from me whenever i am following up on the issue with them. There customer care number[protected] is also really frustrating. They don't log the complain when you call them up and they reply them that your manager who is handling your account will call you in 10 minutes. No one calls back and i just kept waiting and ended up calling them again and again next day and guess what i here the same words again "we will call back in 10 minutes"... this is becoming really irritating now to follow up on the issue from last 3 months.

I seriously want to take action against them. Their practices are really pathetic. Every time you call and speak to different person and describe the whole story again and again but no resolution. In these 3months i called them close to 50 times and sent out some 20 -25 mails ([protected]@iforex.com and [protected]@iforex.com)
