IFOREX trainer mr mahesh call me regularly for start trading last 10 days.
I was open account and deposit 35k for trading. He assure me for no hidden charges debit in my account. But same day charges debit in account. He tell me fot reumberse and no further any charged debit on old position.
But daily many charges debit in my account and he has no responce my mail approx 20 mails I sent to him. IFOREX call center is not responce. Approx 20 times I call there.
Is this is cheater company. Is I complaint f.I.r. in court.
Is there is any solution. I have all avoidance for this

Am naveen from hyderabad i lost 1000 $ in iforex.com with in 3 months of time. initially i used to get call from vinod he is sales agent he was in touch with since year though emails and calls his job is to get deposit the money from public. i deposited 10-0 $. then he trasferred me to the account manager AMIT ([protected]@iforex.com). he said with 100 $ u cant see profits. he told me deposit 500 $ to see good profits in account. i deposited. it...

let me give some brief description of the company against whom i am filing the complain.
iforex.com is an online trading firm which deals in currency. I opened an account with them in Oct 2009 if i remember correctly. I deposited $100 initially and during the course i did not used the services. Recently i decided to withdraw my amount from the firm. I raised a withdrawal request on 4-Jan-2012 which i have attached here as well. Since then i have made so many follow ups through phone and mail but i received such a pathetic response from there side which was not helping and asking some details from me whenever i am following up on the issue with them. There customer care number[protected] is also really frustrating. They don't log the complain when you call them up and they reply them that your manager who is handling your account will call you in 10 minutes. No one calls back and i just kept waiting and ended up calling them again and again next day and guess what i here the same words again "we will call back in 10 minutes"... this is becoming really irritating now to follow up on the issue from last 3 months.

I seriously want to take action against them. Their practices are really pathetic. Every time you call and speak to different person and describe the whole story again and again but no resolution. In these 3months i called them close to 50 times and sent out some 20 -25 mails ([protected]@iforex.com and [protected]@iforex.com)

in the earlier time, I had seen online add of www.iforex.com for currency trading. So I had applied for the same. So I got a call from the one of the executive of iForex from Mumbai and he had guide me how to work on iforex.

As per him, I have to pay 100$ in Demo account for 2 weeks and I have to online trading. in these time if I am getting any kind loss or profit that will not be count in my account. But I am not happy with doing this stuff then I can withdraw my amount any time.

So after some time, I was not getting grip on this. So I have apply for withdrawal of my amount in my one of saving account in UBI account. But yet not received my amount in my account. And when I have complaint for the same then they have given one ARN number from their. On the basis of then I went to my Bank but they told there is nothing such kind of system and I got cheated my iForex.

So please do needfull for people like me who had cheated by iForex. And put a banned such kind of website or company who are doing such kind of things.

If any body can do action against again iforex then I have proof for the same also.

i have depoisted 5350 usd dollor for forex tradind from my credit card.when i trade in currency pair then he show me some other currency rate.when i did deal dealing desk show me euro/usd e.g 1.4091/1.4093.when i sold euro this price after a 5 seconds his dealing desk show me high rate e.g 1.4223/1.4225.so i lost my all money.

I am trading with IFOREX since last 18 months on their website. www.iforex.com. The procedure is you need to deposit $100 dollars through your credit card to start trading on their website. I am trading since last 18 months and I earned a few profit but lost a lot of amount trading with them.Right now the problem is they are not returning my $276 dollars I have deposited in company for trading.I have deposited the amount on 13th October Via my credit card and put a withdrawal request on 22nd Nov to withdraw the funds. They generally say that it takes around 8-10 working days to get the funds in your account but still i have not got the funds back in my credit card. SInce Last 45 days I am continously following up with them but they are not providing me any satisfactory reply regarding the problem. I am calling them up 10 times in a day to get my funds back and they keep on replying that they are not recieving the details of the funds transfer from their bank. I am very very frustrated now. I think they dont want to return my money and they are fooling me. They have their office somewhere in Mumbai but they never provide the address of that office to their consumers. You can talk to them on [protected], [protected]. They are adverstising alot on different places on the web to attract more consumer but they are not providing the address they are based in Mumbai. I suspect it is a fraud company. I request you to please investigate deeply into this matter and save people from involving in this fraudulent activities. They are doing their trading business in India but they are not regulated by RBI. Kindly investigate and take correct action
