[Resolved]  Iforex — No response/ no refund

Hi i sent my address id proof and bank statements to withdraw money from iforex as i was not satisfied with their services. Till i paid the money as a sort of deposit they were continuously calling me but once i made the payment no one called me and they said they assigned one accounts manager to me who was in leave. They also didnt respond properly when i called them. I called them twice and each time different person attended my call and both of them said individually that they would ask the accounts department to call me in 15 minutes but i failed to get any call from them. I logged in into my account and clicked on "My account-> Withdrawal" and then submitted the documents that they asked for withdrawal. But till now i didnt get any response to them. Here is the proof of the payment to and the document uploads. I request you to take immediate necessary action against my complaint and satisfy me.

Hi, I would like to withdraw funds back to my card with which i paid 100 USD.

2. Address Proof: Bank Passbook Front Page
