[Resolved]  IIT Kharagpur — Debited amount, ticket not booked

Sir,
I had paid for my ticket amount for[protected] , East coast exp via the axis bank payment gateway (debit). I checked my balance online before processing the transaction, and after I did that, the amount (INR 1143) was deducted from my account, but when I got redirected to the irctc site, I had been logged out, and after relogin, I found that the ticket was not in my booked tickets history. In the failed transactions section, it showed that the payment had been requested from the bank, and the same amount has been shown to be deducted from my bank account. Kindly look into the refund of the ticket amount. The transaction id is [protected] (pnr no not defined)

IIT Kharagpur — AC is not cooling, probably all freon gas leaked out

My 8 months old split ac (Kenstar) is not giving any cooling. Though it is under warranty, the company service man is not ready to come after several request. The company should take immedaite action otherwise it should be treated as a big crime without listening to the consumer even it is very much within warranty period. Consumer forum should take necessary steps to shut down Kenstars business in India.
