I'm Harsith I had applied for GATE 2021 for which I had made a payment for which money got debited but payment was failed so for that I sent email to the IIT KHARAGPUR regarding refund they said it will be credited back with in 7 working days but it has been more than 20days till now I didn't get any refund and now they are not even responding to my mails....

admit card not received

Sir,
I am an applicant of iitjee 2010.The due date of receipt of admit cards for iit jee was 20th march 2010.But still most of the applicants of IIT kharagpur zone have not received their admit cards.The issue is serious as the jee is on 11th of april 2010.
i request you to kindly look upon this matter as the exams are drawing closer.My application no. is A[protected].

Debited amount, ticket not booked
Sir,
I had paid for my ticket amount for[protected] , East coast exp via the axis bank payment gateway (debit). I checked my balance online before processing the transaction, and after I did that, the amount (INR 1143) was deducted from my account, but when I got redirected to the irctc site, I had been logged out, and after relogin, I found that the ticket was not in my booked tickets history. Date 8.7.9 Train 2863 PNR [protected]

On both journeys I found excess Wait Listed Passengers crowding corridors and blocking doors and bathrooms agianst railway safety rules.
TTs and Ploice did nothing despite complaints.
Registered complaint on board with Conductor.
