We are appalled by your unprofessional way of dealing with the
process of selling a flat in your 37- C sector Gurgoan, residential
project, for which we had submitted an application form along with the
booking amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- ( Rupess Two Lakh) on 29th March’10.

The receipt of the said payment issued by their office, dt. 12th
April’10, does not bear a Revenue Stamp, office stamp and nor the
name of the official of Authorised Signatory is mentioned , further
more, Ist joint holder’s name is misspelled.

Since, there was a not a word of communication from their office since
the date of application, Out of our curiosity, we had contacted your
corporate office, who told us, that our names does not appear in the
list of applicants. All this while, when we tried to contact officials
at the above mentioned office address, we were told, Ms. Monika, the
dealing executive is on ‘leave’ when we were grappling with the said shortfalls,
the office delivered one envelope containing a “BACK DATED” payment advice dt.20th April ‘10 delivered at the Ist joint holder’s office address on a Sunday dt. 24th
May’10. where in the last date of payment is mentioned as 5th May’10,
with a 18% interest on late payment after the due date.

On 28th May’10, when we visited the office & met Mr. Virat
the sales official , to whom we conveyed our displeasure & the
discrepancies, and he assured he will take care of all the
shortcomings, beginning with issuing a “ corrected Receipt “ after
discussing & consulting the DIRECTORS as the plan of “ 1970 sq.ft. “
has been dropped and it is not there anymore in your construction
plan. We are utterly surprised, the way the office can cancel a
construction plan within one month of date of application form and that
too, after accepting the Booking Amount .

The most fraud builder i have even seen in my life. My husband and myself have interested into two projects by ILD, Gurgaon. Both projects are hanging for good. No news from ILD, Gurgaon. We continue to pay our EMIs and have had the worst experience from any builder till date.

My advice to all the prospective buyers - STAY AWAY FROM ILD Gurgaon. Not worst a shot.

Hi Megha,

We can advice the new investors to stay away but we need to take care of the rights of people who already have invested into it. I have got the offer of possession letter today only for my flat in T3, ILD greens but believe me it's too scary.Unexpected demand from builder at increased price. I didn't get a chance to speak with builder but I know there answer. We all have to come together and fight for our rights. I at least can't let my hard earned money go away so easily. We are living in the era of technology wherein we have lot's of medium to communicate. I believe writing blogs or communication over voice is not sufficient. We all need to come together by means of some regular meetings or discussions. Once we are unite, We can take legal action against them too.

I also have invested in ILD greens two years back in a Two BHK flat (1259 Sq Feet) in tower 3 (Fifth Floor). I have received the offer of Possession letter from the builder but the irony is that builder has increased the super area from 1259 to the new area of 1400 sq feet even without taking any consent or giving any information in the past. Moreover they are charging the specification upgrade charges @20 rs/Sq feet. Moreover, the other builders in the same locality are charging the maintenance charges between 2-2.5 Rs/Sq feet while they are asking for the one year advance maintenance charges at the rate of 3.75Rs/Sq ft. and on Super area. Really disappointed after seeing this and feeling cheated. I am sure other users in Tower 3 & 4 must have received the same communication from the builder. Let's all unite and oppose this. Hi Guys, getting offer from a broker to get 2 BHK flat directly from builder at around 60 laks. Can anyone suggest if it is worth that?
Had a long battle with the Ild group with legal notifications and then final negotiations to correct the horrendous increase in amounts on possession done fraudulently.
I have finally been able to settle the matter with them with the threat of consumer court. Got my possession for T4 apartment and registered by the government.
The group has not yet given me the keys on inspection where I made demands of rectification to the bad workmanship. These guys are useless and not accountable for anything.
God save this project. Bad investment
