I had booked a plot # 76, in the NIDHI -II project of EXPAT Properties located in Thally- Annekal of Tamil Nadu border area.
The total amount of 7, 20, 000-00 INR was paid through SBI account cheque itself with below details :

01. Amount 1, 70, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/08/2015.
02. Amount 2, 00, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/02/2016.
03. Amount 2, 00, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/08/2016.
04. Amount 1, 50, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/02/2017.

Total paid amount is 7, 20, 000-00 INR,

We request for the refund as mentioned in the attached docs and please review all the attachment and any further details required, do contact at above email . Will furnish further details if required.

I paid Rs 10.25 lacs in July 2014 for the purchase of 3 non-agricultural plots No 5, 6, 7 in Expat's project named Iris in Gujarat, Ghanshyampur Village, Limbdi, Surendernagar Dt. The plots were supposed to be delivered/ registered in 2 years else money returned. Plots are of Sqft 1553, 1563 and 1542 respectively. Despite many calls and emails no response was received. I have an allotted land bearing number 524 which was paid on installment and completed from[protected]. After which a handover was to be given. However the Expat developer has been absconding and not traceable would like to register a complaint against m/s Expat Projects and Development Pvt Ltd. i.T Pan AABCE8596R....

We have tried many times to communicate with the Company Relation Manager, Maharashtra by sending mails after mail, no response from their end. We have invested money since 2012. They did not handover plot yet.

We want our Money back now.

I have not heard from the company about this project since 2021 . The money has been paid in full and there is no one to contact or communicate with regarding as to what is going on ?

I booked 1 acre plot in 241-IND-MH-SHU SHUBH II, a scheme by EXPAT Properties. I paid all installments and paid ~6.43 lakhs but got no land transfer from them. I followed up a lot and initially they assured that they are working on it, and till 2022 they were responding to mails, giving small details of project progress, but after that mails stopped. in 2022 Ms Caroline told that I should pay some additional amount and buy land in some other project (Carnival?) details below - this offer I didn't accept as I was not inclined to pump in additional amount:
Plot can be registered within 60 Days . All the required KYC documents need to be collected while booking to start the registration process. Unit will be handed over within 4 months.

The 12Lakhs per unit ( Excluding Registration and other Govt taxes). Registration cost will be 1.15 Lakhs per plot.

I Paid full amount of 6.5 lakhs and sold me a property which belongs to third party which was a Reserved forest land which is under Central Govt. Reserved. No construction can done on reserved forest land. Expat cheated me. The Project name was ASMITA PROJECT in Magaon, maluste village, Raigad, Maharashtra.

My hard earned money is lost since 2010.

Your kurla office is closed now.

I had entered an agreement with M/S expat properties for purchasing three plots for 5000 sq ft each @ Rs84/- per sq ft in Dec 2015 in the project named NIDHI II located at Thalli, near hosur. The project completion time was 18 months. The project is not complete yet and i am not getting any response from anyone. I have paid Rs 12 Lakhs and as per the agreement was supposed to get interest on the amount if there are any delays. I have not received that as well. I have asked to concel the booking and return the amount. I have not received any response on that as well. My Consumer No is C1330593. My booking ID is B1502370.

Invested 16L in expat Vida Chandapura(Cenral The HUB) property and countless followups have been done, but there is no response from them.
Customer service is not answering calls and they have completely stopped responding including the sales agent Merwyn Ferrao.

I have invested in 2 acres land in Expat Properties Whispering Waters project in Tillari, Sindhudurg between[protected] with registration nos. B1203971 & C1203460 with 80% payment made. I have still not been handed over the property 6 years hence since 2017 till date despite following up extensively. There is no response from EXPAT on 100s of e-mails sent and also no response from Bangalore office while contacting through telephone. The Kurla...

I've invested in the following 3 projects with Expat properties but none was delivered neither money refunded.

Invested in property in Banglore Goa and Pune

No response from the builder, They have cheated with my money.

I paid Rs. 128000 in September 2011 toward Tranquil Heights Project by Expat. Then I paid monthly installments and the total amount paid is Rs. 230000.

After a long wait the company asked me to cancel the investment because they could not get the registration done. I cancelled the project requesting them to refund. In November 2017 I received the confirmation that my amount will be refunded with interest by April 2018.

Please be informed that I had 1/2 acre of land at sindhudurg, mopa in the year 2012, with a payment done of irs 735000/- till date no handover of the said plot.
Expat properties don't seems to reply to any email nor there's any update.
This is totally fraud company, they have swindled people's hard earned money.
Hoping for some outcome to come out so that I get the land ASAP...

I have purchase 2 plots of 500sqm at Paradise city - Goa and till date they are not allotted. I am not getting any reply from the contact e-mail ID's that i have. I want an update. If i send email regards the new projects EXPAT GROUP will reply but not for the Paradise city project.

We have invested in under carnival project & VIDA uptown in goa since 2019. As per payment schedule, have made all the payments but no update from the company about the status of the project or registration. People who were assigned as relationship manager has left & no one responds to the email sent. We have been trying to get in touch with expat but no is is responding.
