i need to complain regarding the soles o[censored]r chappals. I have got 2 slippers from your store. i thought being a nice brand name it would be very comfortable to me. But all is opposoite. my legs are paining after wearing dat chappals. i go to job so from morning till evening i wear ur brand chappals. But doctor has told me to change the slippers. My ankle and feet are paining a lot and giving rise the pain in my leg. Pls change the quality o[censored]r slipppers and see i[censored] cn do something for my slippers. Because my slippers costed me 750 each its a good amount for me. Thank u.

Inc 5 — Value for Money
I bought a pair of shoe from INC 5, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai on 10 Feb 2011.I paid INR 1490/- for the shoe pair.Within 3 months, I foundthe sole of one shoe has come out.When I took it to the outlet, the outlet manager accepting it by saying very minor problem.You could see the small nails which were coming out of shoe. I have barely wore it for a one and half month.They are not returning money nor exchanging it. Manager replies saying I'll send it to the company to fix it and you can collect it later.They must be selling 20 pairs of shoes in a day but I donot buy shoes every day.These outlets shoudl understand the customer problem and give us a solution which is acceptable.This was rediculous.
