I have purchased one handbag from inch 5 in the month of December 22.
I haven't used it till now.
But today when I checked my handbag to take it out it was damaged.
This was the worst experience with inch 5
Cost of that bag is 4500 it was too much expensive for a middle class person....

I bought heels from your store last 6month back and now they were damage

I had placed 2 orders in March'23 and items were cancelled by the Inc 5 team and no refund for the payment done via paytm was done

I have been following up since last 1 month but they have not taken any action yet

Purchased couple of shoes and they didn't fit, so I raise return request.
INC5 doesnot have valid helpline number and no repsonse on mails as well. On website they clearly mention for 7 days return and exchange and I did in the same time frame, still no luck.
I want to return shoes and wanted to have money back.

I was trying to order two footwear from your Inc5 online site however the amount has been debited from my account.The mode of payment was through Paytm app.

I have taken the issue with the Paytm team where they have requested me to reach out to the merchant asking them to check Paytm business app/dashboard panel against order ID[protected]

request you to please confirm if my order is placed else please initiate the refund as I have been marking mails to the Inc 5 team but there is no response.

Bought these pair of shoes online from Myntra…and in first wore only the leather started ripping off..which is Not expected from such renowned brand.Was unable to wear them again as the leather ripping off and in a very bad condition.Though the shoes were so comfortable but can’t wear them again.

The 2 pair of shoes were a misfit and I haven't been returned my money back yet. This is pending since 26th July, 2022

I placed my order INC38437 on 30th July and was tracking the delivery, but suddenly it was automatically showing canceled and the payment be refunded. I did not get my refund yet. It's such a bad work on the brand, similar things happened to my previous orders also.

I placed my order on July 28 order number INC38109. As there wasn't any update on my order i sent an email provided in contact us. Haven't received a reply. To my surprise I see on July 30th the order shows cancelled for which i have sent an email. No response that their services are not available at this moment or no other reply . It's really annoying and quiet disappointing

I have purchased one footwear from Inc5 website on July 3, order no: Inc34086.
But the size was small and product was defective so placed the "exchange" request. And the product was picked up successfully next day from my home for exchange, reached to company also.

I was tracking everything from return/exchange link which I got in the order conformation mail, but link stop working for 15 July. I have dropped multiple mail to know the status of my product. No luck till now.

I request either they gave my money back and give me exchanged product.

got ok 15 days before till now no updates on my product as well no customer care number to complain, and i can't even able to cancel my order, i want to cancel order and want to take refund, , i think Inc 5 is a fraud company please guys don't purchase any product from them, why dot they give there contact number, , , i don't want to buy product i want my refund they are not replying to mail also as well as watsaap, please look into this i don't want more people to fell in there trap.

Order INC8467. In my account it says it's been delivered.. that's a lie.. I haven't got my shoes.. you replied to my email on Aug 14th saying it has not been shipped yet.. then why does it show in my account that it has been hand delivered on Aug 10th? I NEED MY REFUND. Don't scam me. I need my money.

Hi, I had placed an order from inc 5 online store on 02/08/2021, today its 20/08/2021 yet there is no information of such as to where the order is and when will it be delivered. The site has sent emails stating items have been shipped but the tracking number provided when used for the same shows that it is incorrect or wrong. I have sent many emails making query but it has not been attended to. Since there is no phone number given to contact,...

On the 19th July my order for Inc5 delivered the shoes doesn’t fit so I emailed them about my issue about the exchange or the return so that i can reorder my shoes in proper size. On 19th the replied to me by saying that they won’t allow exchange but would initiate return if I proceed. I said yes, since then i am waiting for someone to come and pick up the return but there is no response form the other end. I have tried calling and emailing...

Inc5 sleepers I got it recently. One of the worst brand. Even 100 Rs footwear will stay longer. I got this footwear for 1600Rs. It's not even worth it. I din even wear more than 3 times, but it's getting faded away and the product started to peel off. One of the worst product. Please don't cheat the customer. If you can't give best quality please don't build a brand. You people are not worth for the money.
