[Resolved] Inc - Icfai Academy, Hyderabad — PF SETTLEMENT | |||
worked with INC for about 6 months in legal department as Dy.Law officer. I was given form no.13 at the time of leaving the organization on 3-3-2008 and the same I have forwarded to my current employer in turn they set the revised form No.13 to ICFAI Academy for verification of Columns 1to 7 and asked to send the relevant forms to RPFC for transfer of my PF & Pension fund accumulation. But so far I have not been informed whether the transfer was done or not. I am failing to contact ICFAI Academy for details. None of them are receiving call or responding to mail. With regard to the above subject, earlier I made many efforts to contact INC-HQ, regarding my unsettled PF Transfer issue.
On 28.06.2011, I happened to contact one of our ex colleagues and we discussed about it and then he had given your contact details. Thereafter I contacted you and your quick response given me the fullest satisfaction as such I have immediately dropped my online complaint from the portal, but today I am shocked to know that the complaint remains displayed on the portal even today. So I request you to ignore that complaint and very thankful to you for your sincere efforts in order to resolve the issue positively.

It is clear from the above, that the complainant is claiming that his issue is resolved. But still, the complaint remains on the site. The Website Manager/Webmaster has to give explanation for such wrong doings and confusing the general public.
