I have filed my income tax return refund for financial years[protected] and[protected] through a Chartered Accountant and have the receipts of returns filed dated Aug 07 and Aug 08 respectively .It has been 3 years and am yet to receive my Income tax refund of Rs. 11000 for financial year[protected]. and Rs. 12286 for 2007-08.
