[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — 2 Pan Cards Issued to one person but I have only one

I have only one PAN CARD,But the Income Tax Department has shown the two PAN CARD even the Date of Birth,Father Name is also same...........So,How it can Possible that the department has issued 2 nos.of PAN CARD to one individual person...............I have only one PAN CARD and That is AWSPK5124F which is I have..........and the Other is also in my name and that is AWNPK3742J which is not in my hand..........So,HOW IT CAN POSSIBLE & IF ANY DISPUTE IN FUTURE OR ANY QUIERY ABOUT THIS THEN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT NOT MY .................?
