[Resolved]  Income Tax Department Pune — tax refund overdue and not received

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

I have filed income tax return for the year[protected] on 24th July 2008 at Pune Dy commissioner's office Income Tax Circle 10, Akurdi, Pune. Acknowledgement receipt no is [protected].

Regret to say I have not received the refund till date nor do I have any communication.


Further the tax return for the year[protected] was filed on 28th July 2009 bearing acknowledgement RR no. [protected]. This refund is also overdue.

May I request concerned IT authorities to look into and issue the refund with interest at the earliest ?

Wrong transfer of IT returns
This is Mrs. P. Nagamani with PAN no. AOPPP1562H. filed for IT returns at GUNTUR, ANDHRA PRADESH. For the assessment year 2009-'10 with an amount of Rs. 4, 782, the department over Guntur has informed that the returns claim is at your place that is IT department Pune, and they have sent the issue to send back the returns to Guntur.

Hence, i request you to pursue the issue at the earliest
