Despite several written and verbal complaints to the Officials of the concerned Office and after a long period of more than three years, I have not yet received my PAN CARD. Failing to this I am not able to submit my Income Tax Return details causing me financial problems. Details of the submitted form are as follows:

I sri.Biswa Bhusan Dhal have applied my Pan card for Change in data since 18.11.2008, but till now iam getting no response from both NSDL and ITD despite of repeated phone calls and e-mail follow ups, as such iam harassed by the behaviour of both the departments.Dont know what to do and who will advise me regarding the matter as the concerned department is not serious over the issue.
