Sir/Madam,

I had filled up tax return form for the period of 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008. As per my tax return form I am eligible of refund of amount Rs. 19, 168/- in assessment year 2008-09. I have also checked status of refund online, but didn't get any result. Kindly suggest, how I will get my refund back asap. My form1 6 details are as follows.

my pan no is afwpj2396d.
i submitted my return with form16 but ito denied to refund total amount and demanded tax certificate.
i am unable to know that except form 16, which another certificate i should submit.
if require i can send you all the scanned copies of my return.

I have filled e return for the assesment year 2009-10 and is elegiable for refund i had approached the dept as they say they cannot process my refund as the same will be done from banglore directly i would like to know what procedure should i follow to get my refund at the earliest.

So can anyone suggest me where i should contact as there is no online process to Get back refund
but there is Online process to Pay your tax... what a great technology they developed

I had filed my Income Tax Return online for AY 2009-10 vide IT Ack. No. [protected] and AY 2010-11 vide IT Ack. No. [protected] as per which Tax Refund was due to me Rs. 20140/- & 13910/-. Due to delay in receiving my IT Acknowledgement by the IT Deptt. at CPC Centre, Bangalore, I have not been issued Income Tax refund. On contacting Income Tax Officers at Delhi, they had refused to issue me refund just saying that you return not received at CPC Centre, Bangalore in time hence we can not issue these refunds. Please advice how can i get these refunds.

My name is Surendra Kumar, my Pan No is BXLPS0746N, I had filed my income tax of rs 1054 for the assessment year 2009-10. My address me fathers name nahi hone se cheque retund 9 September 2010. uske bad CA and Income Tax department Jhunjhunu ward 2 me bahut dino se ja raha hu. But kucha bhi nahi ho raha ha.
