Income Tax — Request from PAN - AAHPO1851A - Refund of rs 4530/- of[protected] not paid till date

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sarika Ojha. My PAN number is AAHPO1851A. Kindly inform me the reason why the refund has not yet been done.

I had visited many times Range 12 and met Officers, they had confirmed me in May 2012 saying the refund will be done within 10 days, but till date I am waiting. I had submitted my applications and followed the right channel. I had submitted my bank details as well. The bank details were updated in front of me in the site.

Kindly suggest what should I do next.
