The dealer of this company located at Anandhbagh Malkajgiri 500047 A.P. Are the verce dealers in comunication and in responding with the customer,
They have two land line numbers for receiving for the booking, one ill be alway ringing, and the other will allways be in engage.

Regarding the technical service they are least bother of the custoner, when there is a leackage in the cylender, they suggest to change the tube, nither by checking nor by comming to the home.
They are least botherd for others life. If any thng gose wronge with the life whos is resposibel.

Hope this is happining with all the company dealers,
Other matters are different this is with lifes. plese see to this and get solved as early as possibel and not to happen for others and any one.

    I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Roop Gas Agency, Delhi and my consumer Number is 26985 and booking no is 25968 is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 13/12/2007 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder.

    Dear Sir

    My wife is a consumer having C.No-19785 of 'Nabarun Gas Service' ,453, Burnpur Rd., Asansol, Burdwan-713304, Ph[protected]/1840, WestBengal. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 29/9/2007 but after elapsing 9 days further, i enquired on 07/10/07 for my new refill over telephone. They said that another 12-15 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 9+12 = 42 days. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.

    agency in our dist. area. the phone of the conpany be continously during the normal business hours and nobody give responce on phone .
    if indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do some thing about issues least i request then to educte their staff on how they need address the customer problems.

    I am an Indane customer from Banglore .The
    disributor in my area is KK indane sub branch located at Iblur on
    sarjapur road,I have been moved to this loaction one year back and
    till now now I have not received the refill cylinder on time.When ever
    we request the cylinder the person says it will be delivered in an
    hour time and finally I will have to go in person with my own
    transportation to get the cylinder.many times I had to keep the food
    half cokked because the gas would have got over.The distributor always
    gives false promise and never deliver the cylinder on time.Please do
    some thing which will help us to get the delivery ontime.Even there is
    a shortage the distributor should not give false promise and should
    give a scheduled delivery date so that we can plan acordingly.
    This time I have booked the cylider on Monday 15 th october and from
    that day onwards trhe distributor ,every day,promises the cylider will
    be deliverd in an hour.and till today I have not received it

    D.V.gas services — late delivery of refilled domestic gas cylinders

    Inspite of the company's policies of delivering the refilled domestic gas cylinders within 21 days from the date applied,the D.V.Gas services of jagdlapur(state:Chhattisgarh) is taking more than a months time to do so.Being a customer of this service provider we are facing a lot of problems,even the next 21 days are calculated from the expected date of delivery.

    I have taken domestic gas connection (consumer no 44012) through your dealer M/s S K Trading Company, Exhibition Road, Patna 800001. For supply of refill cylinder the dealer is taking 15 to 30 days from the date of booking. May I request you to let me know the reason of such delay. Can I expect delivery of booked cylinder within a day or two.

    lpg refill — Abnormal delay in LPG supplies

    I am a LPG Indane customer with Aviskar Gas Service, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, W. B. and my consumer Number is AT9100. Since last two months I am no getting the refile propely. For example in the last month I have booked for a refile on 14.11.2007 and I have got it on 24.11.2007. In this month I have booked for a refile on 12.12.2007. Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer, for which I am facing very much problem now. Every time I phoned the dealer they say " You will get" but when? Please take the proper action so that I get the refile in time.

    every time i am booking a gas refil it take a lot of time.
    They are not booking before 20days of prievous delivery and after booking they are delivering gas nearly after a week.
    this men swe are gettig a cylinder after 30days.

    Whether you think in a big famliy will a cylynder lasts more than a month? every time we are geiitig harrasment like this way. some time they are not deliverying more than 10days ,when we ask it is more surprised ot know that reply is as follows" your house was locked cylynder was returned you have to bbok again"
    added to this behavoiour is also not customer friendly some time rude.
    Whether this is your mannagement ?or purely blackmarketing?
    Gas cylinders are avialable with vendors ,we have to pay 30 to 50 rupees more per cylinder.

    Dear sir through to your rules we can get one riffling after 22 days but your agency dealer is not fullfill your comittment they are giveing us one riffling after one month and at the time when we ask something about the rules they are giving us lots of abusing words

    This is to state that your customer with M/s Kandhari Gas Service having cust. No. KG16768. I have Kandharis tel. no. as 65155303,27519710 as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the no response from them, phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same . Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but i phone was not answered. Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.     my distributer agency name is GEMINI INTERPRISE, Tuda mandi, NAJAFGARH.
    sir i am very sad to say that your efforts are losses, now you spending a lot of money and work but there are no response from distriburers.
    In my agency managing is very less. all gases are going for black
    now they are booking gases after 30 days and it came to home after 10-11 days. if we says about that then they say that we have no cylenders. but in actually 40% gases are black cost price450 to 600.
    sir my uncle want a new connection. they told us that we have to pay 2900 Rs. sir we don't want gas stove. then they told us that then we cant take connection witnout that.
    sir plz solve our problem.

    My indane gas customer number is 29967 and am registered with the supplier Kavitha gas agency at Ashok Nagar chennai.

    I have been trying to get the telephone conbnection to reach them to indent for replacement. I am not able to getn the connection through for it is cntinuously engaed at any tie of the dayand atany number of times. It is highly taxing and irritating. Even if we getthe connectionthe reply is non committaland leves the customer wondering whether te indent has been registered for no indent number is given. hy not they are advised to open an email account?
    I am a LPG Indane customer with Sri Rama Gas Agency, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore and my consumer Number is 31262. I have booked for a refile around 35 days before and given with waiting list No.144. Till date I have not received the cylinder.

    During 3 telephonic reminders, it was told that cylinder has been dispatched on 14/01/2008. When I started asking about the details of delivery, they have ignored to give any detail and said that if the cylinder is not received it will be done immediately.

    Now, my second cylinder is also almost in finishing condition and I am totally upset with the poor performance of the dealer. I request you to take necessary steps immediately.

    Indane Gas — No Timely Delivery and Avoid Phone Calls

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am the Customer of Indane Gas Service at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I would like to draw your attention regarding the poor service of Indane Gas Agency at Naranpura. The Gas Booking Number always found off-hook or engage , even their are 3 booking number for booking gas cylinder. I had booked the cylinder on[protected] and the executive at the desk said that it will be delivered with in couple of days but till date the same in not delivered . Even the Executive deployed thier not giving proper response . Yesterday my gas Cylinder was emptied and we faced problem of Cooking in evening.... Also today moring I had to go office without Lunch and Bathing( due to winter we kept water on gas for bathing) which is shameful situation for me. I live in HUF so the consumtion of gas is more then normal.

    Even I came to know that the Gas Cylinder is given on black market with High Prices to the hotel owner and other customers. If the same Persist then I will approch to the local newspaper and Media regarding same and If necessary I will not hesitant to do the sting operation on Black Marketing of Gas Cylinder and reveal their strategy in Medida and Newspaper.

    Hope from the next time I and other Customer of Indane Gas do not face such problem and Inconveince caused by such problem.

    Since 3-4 years i am noticing that either agency keep their No always engaged or not pick a phone. It is very difficult to contact them. some times it takes 3-4 days to book your request for cylinder.
    empoyee specially girls sitting on counter speaks very rudely, If you complain them.
    I think lots of customers are facing problem with this agency.

    I am a LPG Indane customer with Gurudatta Gas Agency Plot No.83/A&B,[protected]/B, Road No 4( Gree Hills Colony), L B Nagar, Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh and my consumer Number is 31870. I have booked for a refile on 29.01.2008 under order No.15244. Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. 0n repeatedly enquiring for last 5 days, I was told supply auto is on vacation by tomorrow it will be delivered. till today by now i.e. time 1600 hrs. supply did not materialise. Service of this dealer is below standerds.

    secondly he bring the gas receipt 2 or 3 days back dated and for booking gas he counts 21 days from the date of delivery. kindly note altogether he is taking more than 16 to 17 days for supply. one Gas cylinder runs for my domestic need for only one month Maximum. I am suffered for loose poeriod one week to 10 days due to delay in supply and for not timely booking. Hence I request for prompt service and timely delivery.
    This problem I am facing for since several months with this dealer.Hence I request you sir Kindly initiate for improving services and cooperaating for timely deliveries.

    i have a indane gas connection customer no.j10488. region AGRA. by the name of LATE .HEMLATA, this connection has to been tranfred to MRIDUL AGRAWAL (grand son) . but the concerned people at JANAK GAS SERVICE NAMNER CROSING, AGRA are not showing any responce to my problem, i have visited them many time regarding the same issue . but every time they just come with new things like "you have to file a application, "make out affidavit". this time i have all my documents done now they are saying " it will atleast take six months to tranfer an account ". even when i asked them for a new coonection, they told me that you wont be able to have it upto next six months or it make about an year. AND THE WAY THEY DEAL OUT WITH COSTUMERS IS JUST REDICLUOS . this agency is governed by AMIT SHARMA MOB NO.[protected].

    respected sir this is not my complaint but in our area dehgam, gandhinagar, gujarat 382315 we have only one agency and he is not capable to satisfy all his customer.I have gone through this problem and thought if we have one more agency not in the same town but about 25km away from the town where we have small station but there are 23 small villages it is a rurel area but acourding to my counting on the ground 86% of familly have the indane gas connection i am is army person and if the company ascept me for the new agency i will be so greatful to the company and please send me a mail as i dont know from where i have to proced so please guide me thanking you.

From last month, when I have requested the vendor to weight the cylinder, firstly he denied to weight. But after my rigidness he was ready to weight. In this process he replaces five cylinderwhich was 30%-40% below from actual weight, in which only one cylinder is approx not exact up to the mark.
    I had warned him already. But I am requesting you take a positive action against them.

    Indane LPG — Abnormal delay in supplying gas

    I am a consumer of Indane gas with dealer ELA GAS AGENCY, Sector-82, B.D.S. Market, NOIDA. My consumer number is 8948. I have booked a cylinder for refilling on 02.04.08, but till date I have not received the gas.
    I pursue for the gas on daily basis over telephone. Every time I use to get some standard answer like 'room lock' etc. On 14.04.08, the agency told me to re-book the gas once again as the previous booking was cancelled (!) and they assured me to deliver it within 15.04.08. But it is not delivered till today. On 18.04.08 while I asked them regarding non-delivery of the gas, the agency informed me that I have booked for refilling only on 17.04.08! They also questioned me how the gas could be delivered within a day after booking.
    I am surprised how does a NAVRATNA Company like IOCL tolerate such poor cutomer service provided by some of its dealers?
    I know there are thousands of consumers who face such type of problems everyday. But I still hope IOCL will come out with a customer friendly solution to end the nightmere of its customers.

    My consumer No. is 39525 with United Gas Agency, Sector 3, Rajinder Nagar, Ghaziabad.

    I have booked for a refill over phone two weeks ago and the supply is still awaited.

    It is practically impossible to contact them over phone. For the last three days I have been trying to contact them over phone, one line is switched off and the other two lines are always in `busy' mode. Indeed very frustrated.

    Don't believe me. Please try yourself the number o[censored]nited Gas Agency. It is a frustrating experience. You will appreciate that working people cannot take a day off for reminding about gas supplies.

    we are the customer of Indian gas since 25 years our consumer no 8137 and my name is p apparao recently our gas regulator is damaged due to ageing suddenly one day we found flame at top regulator and we immediately stopped and i went to gas agency i ask them replace it and i told above reason but that people behaviour like goondas the do not have minimum responsibility's

    This is to bring to your notice that I (consumer No.Ag 09137 in the name o[censored]pender Kumar Singh)have booked a cylinder on 27.03.08. As on 7th Apr 2008 This has not yet been suplied to me. I contacted since last five days to them over phone for the refile but on the phone guies used to says we will supplie tomorrow are saying again and again tomorrow. The service from O.P. Gas agency - Nirman Vihar, New Delhi- This kind of service they provide is really horrible. The delivery guies often play foul & used to supllied less gas in the Gas Cylinder. Please do the needful and try to take necessary action.

    Dear Sir, Maruti Gas Agency at Agra for Indane LPG supplier. I am customer from last 10 years. His service and proper quantity of cylinder is not O.K during home delivery. His office contact No. given to us[protected] is always either switched off or not reachable, this is very inconveince for booking and find the status of delivery. similarly the no.[protected] of godam dipo is also switched off or not picked up for getting any response.

    i have booked the cylinder in the said distributer of about one and half month ago. at the time of booking they are not giving any receipt due to which whenever i went to the office for supply of cylinder they are telling it will come shorty with in 2 to 3 days. but the problem is still continuing with the same reason. they are misleading the connections and there is gross negligence in the booking system. due to non receipt the customers are not in a position to demand for supply because in such a case they are used to tell that the booking is taking some more time. due to heavy population in our town that the requirement of the another dealership is necessary.

    My father is a consumer having C.No-19790 of 'North Howrah Gas Agency Service', Ph[protected]/26558102, WestBengal. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter. Secondly they do not receive any phone call, either the does not hold the phone or put off the receiver. It is not possible on our part to visit such along distance to registered a cylinder booking as we are employed person.
    you also note that we did not get any proper reply from your part as wel although i had complaint several times through web site. So please take up the matter seriously to avoid any furtheer itigation.

    I am a LPG INDANE GAS customer with Harson Gas services, ROPAR, PUNJAB and my customer’s No. is HG1009A. I have booked for a refill on 6.11.2008 personally going to the agency
    My neighbour also had booked for a refill on 8.11.2008. On 20.11.2008 she got her refill but eventhough my booking was two days earlier, Idid not receive mine.Next day I went to the agency and enquired, Iwas told that I will get my cylinder the next day i.e, on 22.11.2008. but it did not happen. The next day on Sunday, 23.11.2008 a refill was delivered to a house my lane and they had booked for a refill on 14.11.2008. This was very annoying and went to the agency with a complaint but they replied me that their system is down and all entries they made had been lost so they did not know who had booked and when and they all details of my card and promissed that they would definitely deliver my refill the next day on 25.112008. But today it is 27.11.2008 and I have not received my refill yet. Today I had called the agency only to be replied back that still their system is down, and today there will be no supply and I will get my refill only after tomorrow.

    Indane LPG Gas — Abnormal delay and poor attitude of the Distributor

    My consumer number 32569, originally supplied by Vaishnavi Gas, Chennai. I booked for the refill on 29th Nov 08 ref 11. I have still not got my refill even after 19 days.
    It seems that this agency was terminated by the company on grounds of malpractice and shifted the cosnumers to 3 different agencies for continuing supply. However there was no communication either from the new distributor.
    After personally visiting the old agency during last week, came to know of this and contacted the new agency myself . The agency claims that they sent the cylinder on 12th Dec, but returned due to door lock. However no slip from the agency was left in my house and no further actions to supply again was taken by the agency.
    When contacted again on 15th Dec morning the agency promised to send the cylinder atleast by 17th Dec positively. I visited the agency as they were non committal about the supply on 17th morning. The attitude of the staff was highly non customer friendly and were very much on a commanding mode than a service mode. The owner herself was contacted and she mentioned that the cylinder will be delivered unless there is any sudden break down or services.
    Since the delivery did not come even by 5.00 p.m. we contacted the agency again on phone when they made a contemptuous false promise that it is on the way and will be delivered . It did not come ultimately.

    The response of the agency is highly condemnable as they seem to think that they are doing a favour and not a business dealing and service. They are arrogant and say that it is a subsidised product and hence we can not ask for the deserving service quality. The agency clearly does nit either have the capability or mind set to handle the additional list of customers diverted to them. They feel very reassured that no action can be taken against them by the company for poor customer service.

    Can any thing be done to save the customers from such miseries ?

    I am a consumer of Indane (domestic gas provided by Indian oil)of the are Dumdum canttonment.Our gas supply is provided by the distributer named as CANTONMENT GAS SUPPLY.My consumer no is T679.We are suffering every moth for a supply delay of at least 7 to 15 days after the booking.We deposited an amount of money for Double Cylinder facility but from the first day of service to till now they have not given us the proper service.As per our supplier told us to book for Gas at every 15th day after they provide gas every month.We have booked for gas at 26th December'08 still now they have not given us the cylinder, while we phone them they tell that they disburse the slip.Otherwise they usually tell they there has a large crisis of Domestic Gas in West Bengal what can they do?Now we have no any cylinder at home, we are using stove for cooking purpose.Please do something for the consumers of CANTONMENT GAS SUPPLY.

    For all new connections, they want us to come by 2.00 pm on any workingday. I don't know why ? Since me & my wife both are working, I didn't find any time to go for new connection booking. I just found the time on 31st Jan 2009 & have gone there by 2.00 pm sharply. But they refused to accept & told that it is the month end. Why such systems are followed ? The persons sitting in the customer care are lazy & not responding properly to any persons. Who will take care of this .

    secondly he bring the gas receipt 2 or 3 days back dated and for booking gas he counts 21 days from the date of delivery. kindly note altogether he is taking more than 16 to 17 days for supply. one Gas cylinder runs for my domestic need for only one month Maximum. I am suffered for loose poeriod one week to 10 days due to delay in supply and for not timely booking. Hence I request for prompt service and timely delivery.
    This problem I am facing for since several months with this dealer.Hence I request you sir Kindly initiate for improving services and cooperaating for timely deliveries

    Dear Sir,

    I am Indane Gas user since 1993. My customer No is 00529. Cylinder supply is given through the Premier Gas Agency, Alagar Kovil main Road, Alagar nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai-7, Tamil Nadu.

    I am a two domestic cylinder Holder. I have now complaints and suggestions.

    Complaint No.1. Last November, (Nov.2008), I have personally booked the cylinder in the said agency on 07.11.2008.
    They told that we booked (ie entering in the computer) and the cylinder will be supplied after 10 days. But after 10 days i went and asked them for cylinder. They replied that you are not booked for cylinder, book it now and get it after 10 days.
    but, finally the cylinder was supplied after 10days(25+10+10=45days)

    Complaint No.2 ; Jan.17th(17 .01.2009), we received the cylinder for booking in January 6th. But, while going to book on Feb 6th 2009. They asked us to book here only on 21st February 2009 because you were supplied with the cylinder on 27th January. However I told we purchased on Jan17th. They checked the bill. It is billed in my customer number and deliverd someone else. I mysel or my wife didnot sign in it.We never received on 27th Jan 2009. How it is possible to give two cylinders within 10 days interval for a customer by your Agency.

    Now on 23rd Feb.2009 alone they booked and told us the cylinder will be supplied after 15 days.
    (21+15+15=51 days)

    My questions.

    1.How many days we have to wait after getting a cylinder to book for the next refill one?
    2.II am having two cylinder connection. How long i wait 21DAYS, 45 DAYS, 50 DAYS OR TWO MONTHS. to get the refilled cylinder when it exhausted.
    3. Why your Agency are cheating us like this? You don't have any control over it.
    4. Each and every booking time is now give heartfelt pain.

    Suggestions:
    1. Please instruct your agencies to have the wriitten notice to be displayed in the BOARD about date of refill booking revervation no.
    How many days between a cylinder you have to wait.
    What is the actual cost.

    2. In 1993, we had the consumer pass books, wherein the booking dates and the receving dates are entered. Why can't you issue such consumer pass books to avoid the cheating by the Agencies.

    3. Please Instruct your Agency and make sure the proper distribution of refilled cylinders promptly.

    4. Shall we have book a case in Consumer Courts, if this type of cheating continues. pl. Don't get angry with us, that much badly we were treated by your agency people.

    5. Modern day Computer booking is alright but it should be transparent to the consumer.

    Please take necessary steps and we hope the refilled cylinders to my family will be supplied properly because we are using INDANE GAS since 1993. This NEW AGENCY ALONE DOING LIKE THIS. The Previous KARTHIKEYA Agency was one of the prompt supplier of the refilled Cylinders. We appreciate their Customer care Attitude.

    I am a resident of Sivagangai, Tamilnadu. My Gas connection number is 5161. The distributor of Indane Gas is "Vinayaga Gas Agency'. I have two cylinders (main cylinder+additional cylinder). The distributor says that a refill supply will be given to a customer only once in 40 days. Because of short supply the gap in between two successive refill supply is 40 days. ok.     Indane Gas — Malpractices, poor service quality

    Indane gas distributor at Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Madhavi Gas is a cheat. They never supply cylinders on their own, never take bookings on telephone (their number is not accessible). When picked up clinder from their premise they are supposed to take Rs 8 less but they always take the full charge. Moreover they are extremely rude and apathetic.
    I was given a letter saying I was eligible for a second cylinder connection and when I approached the said dealer with valid documents they told me to come later in the afternoon. When I went in the afternoon they locked their main gate and refused me an others an entry into their premise.
    I called up the sales officer of Indane gas Mr. Nagaraj but he refused to hear my complaint and was curt on phone.
    Speaks volume about a companies service.

    Shareholders of IOC beware...this company sucks in terms of service and if there is a first opportunity to walk out of this monopoliics regime, we'll do so with impunity.

    indane gas(LPG) — Delayed supply

    We are facing problem of delayed supply of LPG gas from M/S Raghu Gas, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon for the past three months. They supply after about month of booking for refilling. My wife has to visit several times before the gas is supplied. Many times we go to restaurents to save gas for morning urgencies.     On 24.09.2009, I personally gone to the above gas agency and enquired the status of my riffled gas cylinder, The staff of the gas agency assured me to delivered the cylinder with in one or two days positively. After 24.09.2009 I have made so many calls to gas agency on T.No.22455205, 22465591 but all in vain. Sometimes we could not make an urgent call for booking the gas cylinder with the agency because the telephone numbers given by them remained unattended, engaged for long hours.

    On 02.10.2009 I again booked for riffled gas cylinder on Tel. No.25611260. On 07.10.2009 at 09.20 A.M, I have received gas cylinder after 20 days.

    Keeping in view the above , I would like to request your good self that the matter should be enquired from the gas agency for delaying of gas cylinder to the consumer, which is being a essential commodities and such delay had caused embarrassment to the customer. This is not the first instance with me, but it is in routine matter in the past also. The matter should strictly be taken up with the above gas agency for harassing the consumer despite of availability of gas cylinder with them.

    The action taken against the gas agency in this respect be intimated to me.

    We have been booking our requirement with the ELA Gas. Even after 12 days they have not supplied the refill cylinder and they keep all there telephone switched off. This creates lot of inconvenience and they do not bother to inform when the supply will be made.

    I posted compliant on 02 November , 2009 on this subject , but regret to note that no solution as come out as of now.

    I am Indane gas customer , consumer no. 50580 under his authorised distributor M/S Rajasthan Gas , Kota Junction , Kota ( Rajasthan). I booked my refil on 14 October , 2009 ( plaese check records) & as of ywt I am to get my refil. Most interesting , I am on regular follow up for my refil and continues with some false & baseless excuses & promises.

    The peak of episode of today that on follow up for my refil they confimed that my refil is under delivery & can be delivered any time so I shold at my home to recieve. Whole day I am waiting to welcome his delivery boy but as usual I failed. This is very common problems I face on all most all the times for his services since begining.

    My request is not limited to lodge a complain to get my refil but to know what shall I do get out of this mess. I want to change my connection with other gas company to expect for relatively better service. I donot think there is any out other than this.

    I would like to ask Indane official to enquire and reply back suiatbly the reason of delay and preventive measures for not to repeate same in future. I donot know wheather I should extruggle to get my answer same as I do to get my refil.

    I had given request for booking of gas on 7th November 2009. Gas booking was done but reffil cylinder not deliver till date, regular follow up at gas agency no. agency people replied me and said that gas will be supplied on 10th November 2009 but no service request was made. Till today 02nd December 2009, inspite of daily followup by visiting both gas agency and by telephone, no gas supply has been made. Since beginning these officials are saying that they will supply the gas within 4-5 days but it has been around 25 days but no service request has been made.

    Request you to take necessary action for the same.

    we have connection from priya gas Agency Tiruvarur,It is the story of every time and is of every one in the area. Agency is black selling the gas to the sweet makers and to the hotles in the area, which is absolutly wrong and no checking is there by the related officers.

    It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice, we booked for new refill on 29/9/2007 but after elapsing 9 days further, i enquired on 07/10/07 for my new refill over telephone. They said that another 12-15 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 9+12 = 42 days. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days. And Sometimes gas comes but we have no any information when gas is over comed and Distributed.i think that gas cylinder has been delivered to Black Person.(Who give more money and they don’t have any valid connection.
    So sir this is quite not fair this is impossible that any family can bare without 42 days without a gas cylinder.

    Sir Please take desire action.
    I hope so this matter is solved within 3 Days.

    I booked for a refill of my Domestic Gas Cylinder on[protected]. I was told that it will take 15 days. When I contacted them on telephone on[protected] they told me that I will get it on Tuesday i.e.[protected].When I did not receive it on that day I contacted them on phone again on 20-01.2010. This time I was told that it will take another 3 days. Now on[protected]Sunday) I am still waiting for the cylinder at 16:00 Hours. Tomorrow is Monday, when they observe their weekly day Off and day after tomorrow is Holiday for Republic Day. I still don`t
    know how much more time they will take after this waiting of 24days. They will book the new refill only after 21 days from the date of delivery. It means, even if they deliver it on 27th I will not be able to book my new refill before 45 days of the last booking date. Due to uncertainty of the next delivery time the Gap between the two consecutive bookings will keep on increasing thereby rendering it useless to have two cylinders. The 21 Days gap between the two bookings should be maintained from the Date of Booking and not from the Date of Delivery- which is not certain and difficult for them to maintain. I would not assign other REASONS for Abnormal Delays in LPG supplies as they are well known to the authorities and the public.

    My wife is a consumer of Indane Gas, in the name of -Babita Fernandez, bearing consumer Number-VK19735. I had booked for a refilled cylinder on 18th of jan 2010. At the time of booking the agency person who took the booking told me that it will take 7 to 8 days at least due to shortage of supply.But, as per their record they supplied it on 22nd jan 2010. But in the same time no body was there in my house. So it returned back. There were 2 days holidays in between, so I enquired about that on 27th jan 2010, but they said that it has been cancelled and for a refilled cylinder you need to book again and it will take another 7 days. We don't have any extra cylinder currently. So, since 10 days we are facing so much difficulties. The distributor details is-

    Please reply back to us specifying how in one day the distributor cancelled my booking. Is there any norms for cancellation of booking. Ex- if the consumer will be available, then immediately the booking will be cancelled or they will hold it for some days.

    Indane Gas — delayed delivery of LPG by Veena Gas

    I am a consumer with Veena Gas, Sarai Julena vide consumer no. 30255. My experience with the agency in respect of delivery of LPG cylinder has been extremely bad during the last 6 months. I book a cylinder on 1260, I wait for a week then lodge a complaint on 155233. nothing happens, lodge the complaint again and the cylinder is delivered after 15-20 days. The same story is being repeated in this instance also. I got a booking on 15.02.10 at 4.01 pm vide booking no. 112. Lodged a complaint on 155233 for non-delivery vide complaint no. 43439 on 23.02.10 . Nothing has happened as on date. I request you to help me out.
    I would like to add to this that i am a consumer with M/S golden Gas servce palam vihar gurgaon and have been trying to book my cylinder since last 7 days but all nos are kept busy at all the times and we cannot book the cylinders since 7 days then they have a practice of supplying cylinders after 15 days this makes total 21 days and if the cylinder is exhausted in between we have to sit without LPG .
    I m really pizzed off with the service of this agency.
    we have received gas cylender today dated 12.03.2010 we find total weight of gas cylender of 20kg.kindly look in to the matter and do needful step.

    Most of the indane dealers does not want to book even after 21 days and 40 or 45 days over even the
    dealers want to take their own time for 10 days delivery. Whether the Indian Oil Gas Division when
    teleophoned they never bother about the complaint and they want only Consumer No and they will
    give to the dealer and the dealers may harassament to the consumers. I would request the Indian
    Oil give clear cut instructions to the dealers and as well as to the public through leading dailies
    in English and local vernacular language in regard to correct refiling for registration whether from
    the date of bill or from the date of delivery and what is time to taken for delivery whether within
    three days or more or dealers choice. Which is correct for consumers to take unnecessary
    quarrel with dealers and distributor of Indian Oil Company.
    I am a LPG Indane customer with Sahid Om PrakashGas Agency, Loni Ghaziabad. I have booked for a refile on 26.07.2010, My refile is not deliverd till today(10 days). How long it takes to deliver the refil?

    My name is Indra Singh . I am living at Defence Lab. Jodhpur Rajasthan. I have DBC connection for LPG cylinder from Veer Shiv Gas Agency, Ratanada, Jodhpur. My consumer no is 29690 in the name of Indra Singh.

    I have booked refiling cylinder on 01.09.2010 and till date i did not receive the same. During my continuous communication to their staff they are not replying positively and still it takes 6 days more they said.
    Also every time it is verry dificult to communicate them through phone as failure to connect their no.

    Every time it takes minimum 10 days and require to remind their staff more than twice.
    This time i have booked 01.09.2010 and till yet to come.
    As i am servicing in Defence now i am suffering a lot due to delay in refiling cylinder.


    Request to take appropriate action so that i do not feel any apprehension.

        My Consumer No is VG18818, booking of LPG over phone of Veena Gas is impossible, phone remains always busy. Through IVRS booking done four times, 5th, 7th of January once each and on 13th twice. No action till now. Internet booking in tomogas.com, the register now is not opening.

        The erratic and total failure of the booking system accompanied with huge delivery delays, if someone succeeds in booking, is causing nightmare for Veena Gas consumers. Please do something for the improvement.

There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

        Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
        This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.
        my consumer no 44504 gauri enterprises palam new delhi. i have booked a cylinder on december 4, but i have not gotten after 12 days .This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team

          Respected sir we are the regular customers of Indane gas cylinder(LPG) supplied by M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly We want to bring your kind attention to the following issues:
          (1) Generally cylinders are booked after 21 days after previous issuance of cylinder. But M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly books after 30 days and delivers the cylinders after15 days of booking that is total 45 days between two filled cylinders. The cylinder can glow a stove for 20 days for the family of 5-6 members only. If we make complaint about these irregularities they reply that this is company’s order.
          (2) If we ask for cylinder for M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly hawkers they use to say cylinder is available at the cost of Rs 500/-, which is legally a black marketing by M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly.
          (3) The booking slip of M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly the telephone No. is given that is (office[protected], (Godown[protected] but it is always busy and they use to say that phone is out of service. But the real situation is that they plug out the telephone wire always. As we are government employees we cannot leave our office for gas booking during working hrs. In this situation the customer is not able to book the gas by telephone.
          When ever we raises above issues at office M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly the persons misbehaves and uses abusive language and use to say that if you are not satisfied by our services then you can disconnect your connection from here and take the service from other gas agency. But due to area restriction and service not provided by any other agency we are bounded to get poor services provided M/S lata gas Agency, Bareilly
          Earlier also gas agency were seized due to black marketing and irregular services.
          We hope that you may take disciplinary action against M/S lata gas Agency; Bareilly so that customer can avail better services that is very purpose of your company IOCL

          lindane — POOR PERFORMANCE OF AGENCY

          Hi,
          I am consumer (Consumer No. 7025) of Indane Gas agency and availing facility of Indane gas (domestic) trhough " SREE MUTHAPPAN GAS, PATHIRIYAD, MAMBARAM, KANNUR, KERALA,, telephone No.[protected]" since last four years. The agency code no. 117751 and hold by Shri Dinesh KK.

          Though I am holding double cylinder facility and used to book well in advance, the agency always alert me that inability of the filled cylinder. But it was seen that the agency used to sell the filled cylinder on black as well as in accordance to the intimacy of people attached them.

          Further, the agency used to charge extra amount of Rs 25 per cylinder although my residence is falling within 1 km from the shop/godown of the aforesaid agency. Though the agency hold telephone booking facility, they never attend on telephones. Even on physical booking and delivery of gas cylinder, it was observed that I was in receipt of the bill of another customer which indicate the malpractices carried out by the agency.

          I obtained the gas connection somewhere in 2000 from Kohima, Nagaland and is being transfered in accordance to the posting of my husband. Now the Agency has asked for production of ration cards and the purpose of production of such document was not known and aware to me. As i expressed about my position and frequent transfer and posting of my husband in different locations in every 3-4 years, I hold a unit of the ration card of my parents only.

          Further,as far as my little knowledge and belief, " a ration card shall not be used as documents of identity as per Public Distribution System Control (2001) order".

          In short, I want to convey the authority that
          1. The performance of the aforesaid gas agency is very poor.
          2. The agency boost the black marketing through the back doors and provides extra benefit the the unauthorised persons.
          3.Telephonic booking is not performed by the Agency
          4.Delivery of the gas within 1 km is charged at Rs 25 per cylinder by the agency.
          5. The Agency did not frame any time for delivery of the the filled cylinder from the date of booking
          6. Agency used to harass the customers by way of asking the unnecessary documents.

            I have been shifted from Gujarat to Orissa before one month.I carried Indane gas transfer voucher with me.my residense is near Angul in a township.since one month I am trying to get my gas connection transfered to Angul indane gas agencies, but till now I have not been able to do so due to poor response from the dealer.
            Please help me.

              I want for new connection for lpg cylinder, iwent near by agency and apply for it. first they refuse it, but than they agree to give me a cylinder but suggest to compulsary took GAS STOVE, LIGHTER, FIRE EXTINGVISH etc. and if i am not agree for this they not give the connection.

              So, what am i do? your advertiesmnt saw thease think not compulsary for connection.

                Sir this t bring in your kind attention that i am R/o Mandola Village Distt Rewari, Haryana, I ahve a Gas connection with Saheed A.K. Indane Gas Agency Kanina, this agency holder deliver all cylender to a shopkeeper of our village, And this shop keeper said tthat only one cylender can deliver in 2 months and this shop keepr charge Rs 50/- extra for deliver. When i complaint to agency holder that he said you have to take your delivery from him only .

                Both of them have contract, agency holder supply him all cylender and this shopkeeper sell some cylende in Black and pay commission to agency Holder.

                Earlier i mail to head office of Karnal and spoke to Head of that office on No.[protected], but ther was not good response and he cut the line without listen my problem .


                Therfore you are requested to resolve my and other people of our village which are suffering loss of extra charging and deficiency of service.

                  M/s. Gauri Enterprises Gas Agency, Palam (New Delhi) is not picking up the phone for booking. I am trying since last one month. Their contact no. is[protected], 25363464 and 25363818. My consumer no. is 32547. Please look into the matter immediately. My mobile no. is [protected].
                  This is not an isolated case but a regular practice made by M/s. Gauri Enterprises Gas Agency. Please help.
                  Mahabir Gas Agency, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) is not picking up the phone for booking. I am trying since 9.00 AM. Now it is 16.37 hrs.

                    My Gas Customer number is 33793A. I have the same complaint. Anand Enterprises have given 2 numbers ie[protected] &[protected]. They never pick up the phone. I have tried on several occasions, but to no avail. It becomes really troublesome to visit their office whenever we have to book a cylinder as their working hours clash with my office timings. I dont think it is justified to take a day off from work just for gas booking.

                    Hope this issue is addressed asap.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                      We have a gas cylender connection from Indane Gas ( Pagare Gas Service, 31, Jati Colony Ram Bagh, Indore).

                      Inspite of repeated request for weight confirmation of cylender at the time of delivery, the workers of the agency deny for the same.

                      They pretend that they don't have weight machine for the same, ask for thier complaint any where.We become helpless & had to accept the cylender without weight confirmation.

                          THE LPG STOVE PROVIDED BY YADO INDANE GAS SEWA IS LEAKING EVEN AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS THE AGENCY HAS NOT BOTHERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM THOUGH THE STOVE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.

                          My question to you why my booking is cancel and not delivered to my house. It should be atleast week for waiting consumer.

                                  I am a Police Officer and due to shortage of time I am unable to visit in person to Gas Distributor Office i.e. Priya Gas Service of Indian Oil at Jungpura, New Delhi. I am trying them to contact since last 3 days over phone but either their phone remain busy or when ring goes they dont pic it up. Sometime they have picked up the phone but did not talked and kept the phone engaged. This has made me irritated to book my Gas Cylinder. In such cases the Indian Oil should take necessary action against their dealers. It is also suggested that the Phone or Mob no of their Owner should be written in the Distribution slip so that consumers may complaint to their Owners about it too.

Running SI no:541 Form no:[protected] applied Date : 20/Dec/08 and at the time of application they said that you come to use after 1 week to get your gas cylinder and when i visit after 1 week they said that you have to come again on 7 Jan 09 and when I visit on 7 Jan 09 they again refuse me to provide gas connection and I new excuse and on 7 Jan then said that please come on 10 Jan and assure me that on 10 Jan we will definitely provide your gas connection and that will be dead line and after all these excuse given by Raj Flame agency to me I was tired to visit again at the age of 58 year but after last excuse given to me on 7 Jan 09 and according to that I have again visit with full faith on 10 Jan and on 10 Jan they again denied me for the connection and again said that please come again as with new excuse. Kindly revert me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in and catch me on [protected] and [protected] I will really feel happy if I get me connection as soon as possible and I also want to get this case on consumer forum so I can get compensation for the physically harassment from Indian oil gas for the negligence done by there Agency which is Raj Flame and I thing which I also want to share with you that on every visit for Gas connection at Raj Flame Mr. Avinash which is incharge of Raj Flame and Mr. Negi don’t know the designation they was also aware with the delay and negligence done for this connection and I have done so many call on [protected] to Mr. Negi also on your Customer care no:[protected] and Mr. Praveen was there and I have called more then 10 times out of 8 call was disconnected by Mr. Praveen at least if they are unable to help us out then they don’t have to disconnect the call.

                                    In my case problem is more.fast of all they dont recive any phone booking, the delivary boy demands for extra money, if we disagree, they will keep the cylinder out side of house.
                                    New problem is, due to some unknown reason my oders are getting cancelled.
                                    Hope higher authorities will take the nessecery action.

                                      Dear sir/ Madam,

                                      I am a customer of INDANE GAS from July 2005 at Pune (Consumer No -000188/SV No-37128/12072005/) and currently having two cylenders(from12/04/2008).

                                      Last week the dealer M/s.Urja Indane at Parvati, Pune ( Ph No[protected] told while booking the cylender that my connection has been disconnected due to some reasons as following,
                                      1. The company has sent one letter which i have not returned and it return back to company
                                      2. My uses is very less ( 3 to cylenders per year)

                                      In our case we both i.e. my wife and myself are only two and are working so the leeter reached or not we dont know. It may misplaced by the postman/society servants as we are having common post box.

                                      As only two people are in home so the gas consumption is low.

                                      But instead of consultining to us they themselves taken decision of disconnecting the connection.

                                      Now I have submitted the dealer my electricity bill copy and other proof of my resident.

                                      Is the IOC having any right to terminate the connection ?

                                      I dont have any other companys connection them how can they disconnect my gas supply.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am subscriber of Indane gas. My Consumer No.is 26388 registred at Yadu gas AgencySahibabad, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. On[protected] I purchased a cylinder from above agency. When I weighted the cylinder in nearby Chakki the weight was less than 2, 5Kg. I complained this to gas agency and I was told on phone that supervisor will come to me next day but nobody came to me by evening, again I contacted them then the vendor came to me and changed the cylinder. When I told them that This matter is serious I am going to report this to Indian Oil company and Local press that consumer are getting less weight cylinder than stipulated. I contacted some consumers in my area and they have same complain.
