and i was booked the gas cylinder on 1st may 2012 and it suppose to deliver on 29th may-2012 and status also showing same delivery sate, but till date i did't received my cylinder.

please take care necessity action on KK Indane.

    respected sir,
    since one month we suffering a lot of trouble from indian gas service dampior nagar mathura they are not delivering cylinder on time instead they are supplying cylinder illeagaly to others which was suppose to be deliverd at our adderess gajapaisa kotwali road mathura by the name of Mr. Anil chaturvedi and our booking numberd 1954.

    kindly take a strick action against them please consider this complaint seriously.

      my mother mrs. G. Rukmani is aged 86 yrs old and wife of late freedom fighter mr R. Govindaswamy retd addl. director of rural development , TN Govt. as there was break in renewal of cyls as mother used to go for treatment to chennai etc. as the agency said that the y have transfered case to Trichy regl office. we did all the formalities and went to REgl office in trichy and obtained the SV and even my mother in unhealthy condition went personally signed papers and proved she is the customer and the SV was issued. NOw the AGency after verficiation of individual by going the house and certifying and later the REgl office issue the SV , the agency is raising all sorts of queries which is not logical and justifiable. IN such why did they concur initially and send the papers to Regl office. Then after Regl office have checked verified the individual in person and after having issued the SV , why the agency is raising these types uncharacteristic questions and irritating the consumer. Do they want to prove t heir supremacy over the consuermer and that of Regl. ofice. therefore i request you to kindly intervene and find a solution or else we would be forced to go in for due legal action against the Agency thanking you

        I've applied for new gas connection with SIVA GAS AGENCY @ palayamkottai before two months. At time of booking they told within 1 month i'll be getting new connection. but till now there is no response.whenever i contacted them through phone or went in person , they are not properly responding.there is an irrational and behavior and using arrogant words.. they are not giving any respect to customers. when i asked for the reason, they simply say if you want it very urgent get it from Bharat GAS. is this the way to answer a customer?

        i just want to know when i can get my cylinder and also i'll be happy if they behave/answer in aproper way to the customers.

        Poor service!

        Complaint Rating:
        Bharat Gas claims to give instant new connections to its customers, but its dealer in New Kondly in Delhi is not providing the new connection and falsely stating the company is not giving new connection and to try for it in the next month.Its now three months regularly i am following up with them but no results yet.

        Further they are forcing the customers to buy the gas stove from them, which they are charging with heavy premium as compared to the market rates.

            The dealer is not supplying a refill from the date of booking for almost 45 days. The dealer mentions that I could make a booking only after 28 days of delivery and the delivery would happen after 40 - 45 days of booking. This is causing lot of inconvenience to the consumers who are supposed to get the refills from this dealer. The dealer is stating shortage of gas supply as reason for the delayed delivery. I booked a refill on 17th May and the same is not delivered till date and when I ask the dealer he says I would get the delivery only after 30th June.

              We have received last delivery from captain gas agency on dated 24 th April 2012 & Also booked same day for next delivery. But not received till now.
              We have complainte to customer care no [protected] at 24 may-012 & my complaine no-491920.
              We have also booked again on date 24 may-012 ,booking no12934,ref-6804999 .
              Tell me by customer care persons that your problem has been solved you will be recieved refil with in four working days and you can meet distributer. Since 2nd May to till date three time meet to distributer after take office leave. he refuse to deliver of refil (cylender) at last time-4/6/012.
              plz under stand my problem and take seriously.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I submitted the documents for a new Gas connection(Consumer # 71283) and paid the amount for accessories and got a temperory connection 5kg cylinder on 21st of April 2012. Till date I have not got any information regarding the permanent connection. I have refilled the 5kg cylinder twice meanwhile and for each refill the charge is Rs. 490. While the 14.5 kg cylinder is getting refilled for Rs. 420, why the rate is so high for a just 5kg cylinder. Also I suspect the cylinder is underweight.

                  My Indane gas consumer no 13958 . The distributer GURU KRIPA GAS AGENCY. I booked my gas on 31 Dec,09 which was delivered after 15 days. we are told we can only book our gas after 21 days. therefore i asked for booking at Guru Kripa Gas Agency and i was refused booking saying "Apko to pichle hafte hi gas mili hai abhi ap 15 din bad booking karana". Then i had to book through the computerised booking system on 21st of Jan,10 which was deleivered to me on 7th Feb. when i wanted to book after 21 days on 11th Feb. i was again told to book after 15 days.Again i had book through computerise booking on 11.02.10 and my booking no is 19. I dont know when i would get the delivery? The gap between the booking and delivery is increasing every time.
                  Also it is unbelivably difficult to get through to this agency phones,even when we reach its so frusrating that they do not want to listen just hang the phone.

                  My gas connection number is V16708 in Trimurti gas agency. The gas doesn't comes on time. We have complained for so many times but no action has been taken place. The owner of the Trimurti gas agency sells the gas cylinders in black for to which the gas cylinders are not delivered on time due to which people have to face problem. There becomes a criminal case on the owner of the agency. And i already have a conversation with the Indane gas agency Area in charge Officer whose telephone no. is [protected].

                    Myself Neeraj kumar living in Jeewan park, I got a connection of Indane gas service from the Kamla Karan Gas agency located in rohini, I am using this agency from last 6-7 years but from the past 6-7 months not only me our all area is frustated due to the bad service of kamla karan gas service, whenever we want to book for a refill we try their no for almost 3-4 days continously and finaly we have to visit there office to book the cylinder, we have noticed that they put the recivers on other side so that they cant recive any call from any customer, and whenever asked about that we found very rude and unethical answer which is not good for kamla karan agengy as well as Indane gas, so kindly look into the matter and try to solve this problem, and punish the culprits.

                    my consumer no is 44050 and i booked on 05.11.11 but till now i did not receive the cyclender (my agency name is sri srinivasa agency, hastinapuram near vanasthilipuram, hyderabad ) the supplier name is janjaiah he complained the officials that the house is door locked (the response of the landline was that the gas will come you have to weight till it come.

                      I am writting to you to inform about the negligence in distribution of gas to my house by M/S Rathwa gas agency (Code No 9112013)
                      I am Dr. Pramod Kumar Das (resident of A1/38, Aum Bungalows, Laxmipura road, Gorwa-390016, Vadodara), bring to draw your kind notice that I have made a request for Indane gas on 4th of May'2012 and started follow up after a week onwards on daily basis. Today is 3rd of June'2012 and the distributor is not supplying the gas. Deliberately phone is kept on busy mode so that I had to go personally leaving my routine work. Moreover they promise everytime for sending it tomorrow, which never comes for them. I am putting this complaint after series of such negligence.
                      Request sought to kindly resolve this issues and assist us for a regular supply of this basic utility please.

                        i have maruti wagonr duo, which runs on lpg and petrol. i am very much confused how these petroleum companies hike the price of auto gas without the hike in petrol prices. being a low substitute auto gas price should be low as compare to petrol and desiel but it's now going more to desiel. i want to know how these companies regulate the price of auto gas. i want to file RTI?

                              I submitted completed application for new gas connection two times since last four years, I am sorry to say that at one side Gvt. wants to make kitchens smoke-free and on other side it's Gas Cos. don't provide new connections, and the Distributors, Agents are making black moneys by selling connections in blackmarket. If Gvt. cares people then please take action against M/s. Pragya Gas Service, Patti, Pratapgarh (UP). But question is that if Gvt. have so much willpower?
                              i am also suffering in same problem.

                                I am a customer of indane with customer no 11810 and have been registed with Rathwa gas agency, Ellora park, baroda . I booked my gas cylinder on 11 Nov. 08, till 28th Nov, 08 no delivery has been made by the agency. Now a days it's there routine that they deliver the gas after 18-20 days. They book gas cylinder after 15-20 days of the delivery not the booking date. It makes very huge time between two gas cylinder booking
                                we are getting cylinder only after 50 days from booking date

                                Our Agency named as Pooja Gas and has situated at Kakkanad, Ernakulam District, Kerala
                                Supply of gas is delayed for more than 3month usually it is noticed that they had sold the cylinder in outside for higher price. In our area many construction employes stayed in temporary sheds especially from outside state they will buy the cylinder with higher price.For Eg. I had booked gas on 8.10.08 and till now I didnit get the cylinder . While enquire on 1.12 08 a lady of that office says you had booked on 8th and will get on next 8th. Telephone (Tel No.[protected]will always busy or not reachable. Pls look into this matter and conduct an enquiry. many customers of this gas agency had experiencing this problem. Now I send this complaint representing a residence Association of my area.

I booked my gas cylinder on 28 Nov. 08, till 09th Dec, 08 no delivery has been made by the agency. Now a days it's there routine that they deliver the gas after 18-20 days. They book gas cylinder after 15-20 days of the delivery not the booking date. It makes very huge time between two gas cylinder booking.

                                Please close the demand issue ASAP.

                                I booked my cylinder on 28/1/09 in the morning and my Booking No. is 25 and my consumer no. is 23111 and the distributor's tel. Nos. are 25363157 & 25363464, but till date I have not received the delivery. This is not first time but every time I received the delivery after ten or fifteen days later when there is news for shortage of lpg.Alongwith this every time I send the deliveryman back because everytime the cylinder has less gas about two to three kg. So, it is my humble request to you that please take some stringent action against such distributors. I am very fed-up with the said distributor.
                                I have had Indane Gas connection. My consumer number is 9059 and address is Flat 55/3D, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata - 700019.

                                This agency first of all does not take booking before 15 days of delivery and then after the booking they delay the supply for another 15 days and the situation becomes very tight. When person was sent today, he was informed that they delivered it to another flat.

                                I have booked for refill on 10th aug.2009.waiting list no.given was 8483.I Called them about 10 days ago.I was told that it will be delivered the next day.while reminding them we are not given any waiting list no.Also kindly provide them with the domestic gas customer card.I understand they have no stock.

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 10 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg in each cylinder

                                I am the consumer of coocking gas if Indane gas service whose dealer is Modern gas service in Shyam Nagar Kanpur.All the time their telephone lines are busy or not picking up any phone calls.Talking behavior is not gentle.

                                Indane gas. — delay in supply

                                My domestic Indane gas connection number :498 at madurai under Alagar gas. I booked on 18.1.2010 still not yet.
                                My Consumer Number is 15469 and dealer is at Padmaraonagar, Hyderabad. This is the second time that there is delay in receipt of cylinder. Firstly there phone is always engaged, and then they note down the request for cylinder very rudely and fast and hang the phone without giving any request number. After 10 days when we enquire again for non-receipt of cylinder, we get standard reply that there is no booking. Anyway we again make a booking that time, and again the same situation. No cylinder for almost 10-15 days. I am still to receive the cylinder. Also recommended to start online booking to avoid such things.

                                Please take it seriously. This kind of service in this e-era is not at all tenable.

But still I have not able to get your esteemed service till date. In many course if we try to contact the distributor over phone, it is usually not picked up and even found to be switched off. The important note is that they are just delivering the cylinder through sub dealers, so it is doubtful that they are selling the cylinder in black instead of delivering the cylinder to the costumer at registered date.                                   i live in l.d.a colony , kanpur road scheme lucknow. the indane gas agency of the area is N.D. GAS AGENCIES .Its been a long struggle in keepiny this agency to supply gas on time even after early bookings.never has been that the cylinder is supplied within 20 days of booking.last time i had booked a cylinder on 22nd of feb 2008 n after a long delay when i went to enquire the staff posted behave rudely n reasoned that the bookings for home delivery even if they are booked a month ago are only acknowledged after they deliver the daily coupons . i therfore request the authorities to take action and appoint honest and polite staff as the consumer is paying for your services .

No. [protected]. I got the letter for Issuing-second cylinder. And when I went there to take it from your local distributor, M/S PRITHVI GAS SERVICE, C-116, (L.I.G. Flats), East of Loni Road, Delhi - 93. Code[protected]. They demanded me "Excess amout" with postal charges ( Rs. 1775+25 ) and misbehavioured to me. So I hope you will Kindly Consider my problem as early as possible and issuing DBC to me on the reasonable charges.

                                  sir,i want to draw ur kind attention towards a problem that is: after 21 days customer gets a new refill cylinder,but agency is not providing the cylinder after 21 days,first they book the cylinder after 21 days and after 10 days give cylinder,in this system there is a chane of malfunctioning.........plz do needful.bcoz next booking count frm the date of delivery,in this way customer is getting new refill after more than 21 days.........

                                    I went to Modern gas agency at 6,Tansen road Gwalior(Madhya pradesh) for seeking new Indane gas connection without gas stove as i have got the same in gift in my marriage.The agency person told me that no new connection will be provided at least for a month and when I told him that I have a gas stove and my only need is gas cylinder he firmly denied me the new connection by saying that gas stove purchasing is compulsory.
                                    Sir is it mandatory to take gas stove along with new gas connection?.
