Dear Sir,
I am writting to you to inform about the negligence in distribution of gas to my house by M/S Rathwa gas agency (Code No 9112013)
I am Dr. Pramod Kumar Das (resident of A1/38, Aum Bungalows, Laxmipura road, Gorwa-390016, Vadodara), bring to draw your kind notice that I have made a request for Indane gas on 4th of May'2012 and started follow up after a week onwards on daily basis. Today is 3rd of June'2012 and the distributor is not supplying the gas. Deliberately phone is kept on busy mode so that I had to go personally leaving my routine work. Moreover they promise everytime for sending it tomorrow, which never comes for them. I am putting this complaint after series of such negligence.
Request sought to kindly resolve this issues and assist us for a regular supply of this basic utility please.

Poor service!

Bharat Gas claims to give instant new connections to its customers, but its dealer in New Kondly in Delhi is not providing the new connection and falsely stating the company is not giving new connection and to try for it in the next month.Its now three months regularly i am following up with them but no results yet.
Further they are forcing the customers to buy the gas stove from them, which they are charging with heavy premium as compared to the market rates.
