Indane Domestic Gas — asking for a ration card, and stopping the delivery for a transfered connection.

Sir, i am a resident of punjab and last year when i shifted to tamil nadu, i got my gas connection transfered at coimbatore,tamil nadu, and along with that i gave a no ration certificate from tehsil, now after one year , these people again want a ration card, or no ration card certificate which has to be given every6 month, which is highly unreasonable.one the connection is not from tamil nadu, it is a transfer case and second we already have a punjab ration card, and a person cannot have 2ration cards.
how very ridiculous.

Indane Gas Connection — General

This has reference to Mail to Dy.Manager -Sales at Gurgaon mail ID:[protected]@gamil.com, [protected]@yahoo.co.in on dtd[protected]. I had asked some general points regarding the customer related problems and after regular follow-up nothing has been done so far and on contacting over phone, is always busy and the problems are related with the Pataudi Indane Gas Service and no phone is working at Pataudi Indane Gas Service .
As per the discussion over phone today i.e. 29-03-08 at 10.30 am with Mr. S.K. Madan. He told that you please discontinue your Connection with Indane and no home delivery will be provided at Haily Mandi .

You are requested to please letme know the visit day and time of Mr. S.K. Madan to the Concerned Delear at Pataudi, so that the matter can be discussed in Detail .

Indane Gas for homes — no information given about the transfer of our gas to another agency

I was having indane gas connection and booked the gas for delivary and after two months also when no gas was delivered, I enquired with Paruvelil gas agency and told me that my gas was transfered to Arjun gas agency in Kozhencherry, Keral two months back. When contactd the Arjun gas agency they didnot give me a satisfactory answer for the non issue of the notice, and they asked me to bring necessary papaer for booking again. How can they justify their action, My gas finished in the house and I may not get it soon

Indane LPG — NOT TAKING TRANSFER PAPER

I have One conection of Indane LPG. I had shifted from Pitampura to Uttam nagar and I transferred my Gas Agency from Tanwar to Raj Flame.

But they are not taking my transfer papers and no one picks up the phone. when I reached there they told me to come tomorrow

Indane Gas — Illegal Supply of Gas Cylinder to local resident in Hari Nagar

Dear Sir,

I am local resident of Hari Nagar.I have observed for last 6 month that Indiane Gas cylinder provider gives illegaly 50 cylinders daily to some local customer resident. (one of illegal customer addres is DA-65 E Hari Nagar near clock tower, new delhi).
we are facing too many problem like not able to pass street or some time gas leakage smell comes into the house.
Would you please take some action or give your suggestion that for which authority i should compiant or Should i Call to police ?.

Gas is not book in time after days 30 days book the gas

Indane Gas dealers generally advise that the booking is closed or there is queue for another 3-4 monhts and hence they are not entertaining fresh bookings. This is just to trigger their black business. In Delhi I had an encounter with one such dealer, the dealer was alleged to issue new connection at a premium price (undertable premium). If one has urgency then they must have to adopt this mode else queue for another 3 months time.

For me it was not possible to wait for such a long time nor I was interested in taking the connection in black. I simply tookup the matter with the indane regional office in New Delhi quoting full details and to my surprise the dealer called me same day to issue a new connection. Similar incident I had faced in allahabad while requesting for transfer of connection to the nearest dealership. The old dealer was lingering on the process for over 20 days & was harrassing my parents. I simply me the regional manager in Indane office at Allahabad, and the connection was transferred immediately.

Ladies/gentlemen, we know that corruption is almost everywhere, but yes we can find a way to get our work done without shedding anything extra on these corrupts. "Stopping giving bribe to the corrupts will oneday put an end to the corruption".

I am sure Indane Gas authorities must be aware of all these practices in the market, but perhaps they just want to be spectators on such issues. I would just appreciate an idea on blog site, why the booking of new gas connection can't be done online. If there is actually a queue, let it be, one would stay assured that he/she is not being cheated atleast. I am sure this will certainly put an end to the black marketing of new gas connection .

I am a LPG customer with consumer no. 8723 bharat Gas Agency 33/82 rustam bagh ajmer road near pratap pura agra, I booked my refill on[protected] and till today 15 days have been passed but refill has not been supplied. that after delivery next booking can be done only after 21 days and if the supply delays for more then 21 days, how a cylinder can run for such a long period. Immidiate attention of Oil company is required in this matter.

I had a similar problem. Called up Indane Customer sevice cell in front of the Dealer and the Dealer cooperated immediately. If he does not do so, file a written complaint with the concerned officer under whom the Dealer is appointed. Dont forget to take acknowledgement on the carbon copy with inward no. and stamp, with name of the person giving you the acknowledgement. If still the ptroblem persists, meet the Chief of Indane with all documents. The higher authorities are more responsible and they do take immediate action. We need to follow the matter rigorously.

im a local resident of dombivli and i would like to share some ideas with u.
i had been to various places in mumbai and saw that they have a pipeline gas connetion to their house for kitchen cooking work.
as far as to my knowledge i havent seen any pipeline gas connection facility to any of the buildings in kalyan dombivli.
by introducing a pipeline gas services there are many advantages. mainly there wont be chances of cylinder bursting and as a house owner we need not book for cylinder and wait for couple of weeks for the delivery of cylinder and moreover pipeline gas is quite cost effective than the charges we pay today for cylinders.
so i request the KDMC to take this issue as a project and work effectively and do the needful at the earliest.

Every month, for Gas booking we phoned minimum 50 times, every time, the ringing sound will come, but no one receive our phone.If we go and ask the person directly, they did not give proper answer.please take action for these, I feel like me how many are getting this peoblems.

No response for refill booking in Prathana Gas Agency, Madippakkam

Hi im Divagar from madippakkam, for the past 5 days im tring to book for a refill gas, but all the time the line for the Prathana Gas Agency is busy, every time im facing this issue, by luck sometime ill get line, but this time my luke is too far, for the past 5 days till i didnt get the line.

its matter of second to pick the phone and to book the connection, i dont know why they do like this.

The Indane Gas connection is in the name of my father who expired in Jan'12 and my mother also expired on May'12. Since then my sister occupied their Kitchen forcibly and using their Kitchen as well as flat. She is using unauthorized connection of her younger sister since 2001. Younger sister presently stays at Bangalore and using a new connection. So, she did not transfer it and kept in this house. Presently my sister does not have any connection in her name. There is a case filed in the Honorable Court for PARTITION. Can she get it changed in her name? What action should I take in this case. I have using the gas connection of Indane last 13 years which has been in the name of my friend's wife. When I was taken the connection I have no ID proof. Therefore I taken this connection in my friends wife's name. I had never taken any connection in my name or in my wife's so far. One of old user who was working in Hind Zinc School as a teacher and residing in Zinc Nagar got LPG Connection from Hindustan Zinc Karmchari Sahakari Up. Bhandar Ltd., HZL-Chanderiya, Chittorgarh(Raj). Thereafter he resigned from Services of Hind Zinc School and at the time of leaving service, he handed over all the equipments including original papers with Mr. Mohd. Shakil and presently he is actual Gas connection user since long.

The old user is not available/traceable and I am unable to get affidavit from him, therefore, the same LPG Connection may please be transferred in my name i.e. Mohd. Shakil whose following documents are being submitted for n.a. at your end. However, further all the formalities will be completed whatsoever required by you/IOC. The original papers in possession of Mr. Mohd. Shakil including equipments and using by him.

1. Affidavit on Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20/- in Annexure "C" as required by Gas Co.
based on 1 B of Gas Connection Regularization Circular to Actual User.
2. SIV No. 6023963 dt. 24.11.97 of Old User.
3. Blue Book/Gas Diary of Old User.
4. KYC Form with Copy of Bank Pass Book, Photo ID & Copy of Ration Card of Mr. Mohd. Shakil as he is not having LPG connection of any
Oil Company.

my father Late Mr. Niyananda Ghosh had a connection of indane gas (B.W.C.S LTD.- ALAKA - BHUBANESWAR, consumer no. 03666), the original affidavit was with me when father was alive. But my mother without knowledge of both the sons (not filed any NOC from other legal heirs) transferred the connection in her name by submitting another affidavit in her support that the document is lost.
when such complaint was made to the distributor he told he will not do anything & referred the matter to area manager Mr. F.I. Mazumdar (IOCL off). But he does not listen anything and advised me to go to court.

Transfer of connection to family member is now permitted. In case the transferee in your family is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Pattabiram, chennai and my consumer number is 36912. I have booked for a refill on 10th Feb 2009 over phone behalf of my mother (cylinder is with name of my mother). They replied that they will distribute with in 10 days. But after 2 weeks I haven’t received cylinder, when I made a call to them they replied bill was submitted on 20th feb to distributor. Distributor name is Ganesan but distributor (Ganesan) said me that your cylinder is not ready as of now. Again I made a call to service desk and I informed them that, ganesan (distributor) is saying cylinder is not ready; After that service desk people asked him (Ganesan) and replied me, “he is saying that customer not available at site” (it seems that he might be informed to service desk people that customer is not available at site) and again I called distributor over mobile phone but again he said that your cylinder is not ready, see how much of collapse are in agency. I think that distributor had given my cylinder to someone else for money. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

But he asked me to buy a new Gas Stove, Pipe, Lighter and a Regulator compulsorily or you are not allowed to book the same. After talking to the Indane Gas Toll Number, i could find that it is not compulsory to buy all these with the new connection. Above all i am already having an ISI Marked Gas Stove and i am not in a need for a new one. I would like to complaint about the mentioned Gas Agency and would request an early action against him for misleading me about the Policy of the connection.

I am a Sr. Citizen of 80 years. My connection No. is 22608 with Ajmer Sahakari Upbhokta Bhandar Near Nasirabad Road, Ajmer. I have booked refilling of cylinder on 28/1/09 and was given registration No. 9774. But till today the cylinder has not been supplied to me. on enquiry I was told that cylinder has been supplied (but to whom, i don't know) and I was told to contact the delivery boy Shri Durga whose contact number was also given ([protected]). Shri Durga confirmed me that the cylinder which was supposed to be supplid to me has been delivered to somebody else on 20.2.09. This is quite strange that people who booked cylinder well in advace are not supplied the sylinder and the cylinders were supplied in black market by some rouge elements (may be in connivance with officials). S.C.F 144, 1st Floor, Sector - 17 panchkula (134109) ... the cylender was delievered to me on 11/12/2009 .. as i have electric burner in my home my gas gets finished say within 15-20 days . but the cylinder which i am talking about fineshed within 5 days ... when i changed the cylinder i found that it was leaking badly ... to stop the leakage i tried to pour water on it but still it did not work i immediately complained to the agency from where i got the cylinder but till today there is no action taken from the agency ... today on 10/01/2010 my husband complained again to the agency in stead of solving our problem they dissconnected the phone ... i request you to take immediate action against my problem because if some miss happenig happens in my house loss will be of our lives not of any one else... my gas numbers are 20469 on the name of shareen gargi (my daughter) and 3663 (on my name )mrs madhu gargi

KASNA Gas Agnecy Greater Noida charged Rs6500 for 2 Cylinders connection and they forcefully gave Gas Stove, if you say no to Gas Stove they will not give you connection. Cylinders recieved after booking are opened and they have less gas.

This is the service KASNA gas agency giving to people, they are just looting, this has not happened to me but to all. i was standing in line and many of them were refused for connection because they were not ready to buy the stove.

So if you pay for stove they will give you connection otherwise never, so you have to pay 3 times more than what my other friends have paid for gas connection in NOIDA.

Gas Supply Problem

We had booked a cyllinder with M/S PL Gas Svc, Kolkata, Boral on 19/10/2009. The gas is not yet delivered (09/11/2009) and unfortunately this has been happening regularly. We have also noticed that the gas to be delivered are sold in higher rates. We stay in Northern Park, Brahmapur and the whole area is facing the same problem.

It will be really kind of you, if you look after the matter and take the necessary steps if required.

I have taken two cylendrs while I was at CHITOOR (AP) and tranfered in2001 to Karnataka. I have asked my friend handover the cylinder and requested him send the transfer copy. But due to urgency he could not do and kept the cylinders with him and left USA. In the mean while i took connection at Karnataka and stayed fiver years and again transfered to Ap Vijayawada .Suddenly one of my friends relative brought the two cylinders and handover it to me.
I wrote a letter to the Indance Gas head office Mumbai but no response from them.

I am residing in A-252/19, Noida My consumer No is RM 11051. My supplier is Mithla gas agency, sector 19 Noida. They do the registration of next booking after 21 days of supply of gas. They used to supply the gas after registration 5-7 days, which takes 28days. My complaint is that it must be registred after 21 days of registtration or gas must be supply with in one or two days. on repeately reminders they used to supply after 5-7 days of registration. Only last time when I pressed hard they supply with in two days. In Delhi generally registion is done after 15 days. On repeately request they are not booking the gas before 21 days from the date of supply. Kindly look into the matter and send the rules copy to me at earliest.

I am residing at Paikanagar ( Delta Square ) of Bhubaneswar . My Indane Gas consumer number is 15859 & my supplier is ALAKA, market building. I booked for gas on 31/08/2016. My booking number is 810309.I got the message on 07/09/2016. that my cash memo has been generated vide cash memo No. [protected]. for delivery of gas. But till today (11AM) the gas is not Delivered to me. This very bad service.Yours Pradipta Kumar Kanungo.
